A Shift For Releasing And Receiving

Hello,

Thank you for joining us today,

And right now where we are in the Northern Hemisphere,

This is the welcoming of the Solstice.

So I invite you to come on in,

No matter where you are in the world,

And just settle in.

Find a place that's a little bit out of the way,

Where you can be in your own place and space.

As you get comfortable,

I invite you to bring your awareness into your breath,

Tracking it in through the nose and out through the nose or mouth.

Not looking to change it,

But to bring in the awareness of being right with you.

And now I invite you to drop right down into your heart,

That chest area.

And as you settle in,

I invite you to drop in a little more deeply,

Really land in your being.

And you may find that everything around you,

The noise,

The busyness of the day,

Kind of gets muted,

A little bit muffled,

A little bit dropped off.

Or when you come home into your center,

You're coming into your own castle.

And so I invite you to also give yourself a nod of thanks,

Of appreciation,

For taking this time for yourself,

This pause.

Allow a bit of a smile to come across your face,

To feel that shift in the energy.

Part of that brings gratitude,

Part of that brings expansion.

And that's what we'll be looking to do.

So we'll take the next 15 minutes or so and take a guided journey.

So as you settle in,

I invite you in your mind's eye to figuratively get up and open a door and step outside.

And it is beautiful.

The light is expansive,

It's full.

The air on your skin,

It's just perfect.

And as you step down and out into this pathway,

It is just beautiful.

So I invite you to take a few steps ahead into that clearing and make yourself comfortable.

Perhaps you lay down,

Perhaps you sit,

Perhaps it's on a rock,

On grass,

Whatever it is.

Whatever is just perfect for you.

And as you're here,

I want you to imagine feeling that gentle,

Beautiful sunlight on your skin,

On your face,

On your arms,

On your head.

Feel the solidness of the ground beneath you and feel this light breathe.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

And I want you to be able to drop in to your body,

The physical portion of your body.

And as you drop in a little bit more deeply,

I invite you to ask yourself,

What do you need to release from your body?

And you may do a little bit of a scan.

I invite you also to expand and give access to emotions,

Physical spots.

Might be fear,

Might be anger,

Lack of connection,

Grief,

Darkness,

Busyness,

Lack.

It might just be too much weightiness.

Drop into your body,

Drop in even deeper and sense any of the deep,

Dense energy in your cells.

What do they look like?

What does it feel like?

Drop into that dense area that you don't want.

And as you explore this,

Bring in the awareness that you have the ability to go into each cell and to uproot any of that dense energy that you no longer want to carry.

And as you start exploring,

I invite you to allow any of that dense energy to go into tiny bubbles.

And as you move those into the tiny bubbles throughout your body,

Imagine that those bubbles that are now filled with the dense are starting to rise,

Rising like bubbles through water.

And you may see them passing through a cell membrane.

Observe.

Just observe and allow them to be coming up and a little bit out of your body.

Like bubbles rise up through water,

Allow them to break through your skin surface,

And just to hover right there outside of your body.

And don't forget to breathe because the breath helps with flow and movement.

And allow yourself to go back and just clear through your whole body,

Your toes,

Your feet,

Your legs,

Your knees,

Your belly,

Your shoulders,

Wherever there is a denseness.

Just bring it into that air bubble and allow that to rise,

Allowing it to come up to the surface and come through the skin so it's hovering about 10 centimeters above the body.

And just allow it to be there.

Bringing your awareness to your breath with that inhalation into the new and that exhalation also helping push those bubbles.

So bring your awareness and now as that denseness now outside of you,

You have actively identified it and shifted and moved it,

Let us now feel that layer all around you of that denseness.

So start gathering together.

So it might be at your feet and it just kind of rolls up and from your head it might kind of just roll down until we just centralized it in one area.

And then I give you this invitation in your mind's eye to bring your hands and pick up that large gathering of those air bubbles with the denseness,

Bring it over to the side and drop it onto the earth.

So the earth is a neutralizer.

We can give the earth a lot and it tends to break things down,

Any types of energy like composting,

Sorts it,

Sifts it,

Transmutes it and brings back the original energy state.

So the invitation is for you to roll it up,

Gather it up and bring it off and drop it to the earth and just take another few cycles of breath with the inhalation and the exhalation while you do this in your mind's eye,

Gathering it from the back,

The head,

All around your body.

And now I,

Once it's all released,

Invite you to in your mind's eye expand,

Really roll those shoulders back,

Figuratively stretch the arms,

Roll the neck,

Bring movement,

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

Flexing,

Pointing,

Really just exploring that expansiveness.

And now take a moment with a big inhalation and also that exhalation and take a moment and come back to your body and feel what it is like to be free of those dense energies.

What shift has come?

What expansiveness does this allow?

And as you do a couple of more cycles of breath,

That inhalation bringing in the new and that exhalation just releasing any vestiges of things that you no longer want to carry.

Feel that space.

And now bringing your awareness back to the sunlight that you're immersed in,

The breeze,

The connection with the earth.

I invite you to ask yourself a question.

What do you want to bring in to your personal body?

What would be beautiful to bring into your life?

Think larger.

Who are you?

Can you see and feel what it would be like?

Perhaps what is your greatest sense of purpose?

Wherever you are,

Allow your mind and your body and your life just to play with the possibilities.

Be curious and be with your breath.

And be with yourself and be with your knowing.

And now I invite you to imagine all of these possibilities,

What you might want to bring in.

To being drawn into your body from above.

Coming right in,

Passing through the skin into the cells.

And also imagine whatever you want being drawn up from below.

Also coming in through the skin into the cells,

Settling in.

And also bringing in such light and settling in from the side and from the top and the bottom.

Just really bringing in the newness,

The lightness.

And whatever is for your highest good just be with us.

And as you're with us I invite you now to explore what does your body feel like now?

What do you feel like now?

And from this place in space how can you show up?

Where is the shift?

Don't worry,

You don't need words with it.

I just want you to feel.

And once this is complete I invite you to really bring your awareness and your being right into that center,

Back into that heart.

And this time as if you're opening a grand window or you're turning on the lights and you turn it on and you turn it up and just allow your light just to expand.

And with this expansion you might feel it going into every part of your physical body.

And as you connect with that continued breath,

The inhalation of the new,

The exhalation,

You may actually begin to expand beyond your physical body and just allow that,

Be with it.

And with another cycle of breath allow a smile to come to your face with gratitude.

Thank you to yourself,

To the journey.

And then get ready to figuratively stand up.

Feel the earth below your feet as you turn and you take those few steps back to that door.

Open it up,

Come on in and then figuratively sit down where you began.

And just allow what a beautiful shift,

What a beautiful place to be.

And again give a nod and when you're ready bring forward a little bit of movement in your toes,

Your fingers,

Your hand as we come forward and come out to again step in to the rest of the day.
