
An Affirmation Offering
In meditation, we may begin to observe the thoughts: our expectations, beliefs & "shoulds" run wild! Without awareness, they catch us & create suffering. Affirmations can be beautiful way to shift our attention & energy. Where we often need this most is drawing our mind's attention back to the present moment. Use this meditation to: -begin the morning a clear intention -remain focused during moments of chaos -listen & journal afterward on a moment of true presence. •Music by ANBR•
