She has published thousands of women's work and helped hundreds write their books and heal their stories at her writing program Book Year. With a background in trauma, body, and integration–she has spent over a decade studying the way our body's hold story and how writing can serve as a method for recovery, creating courses, workshops, and embodiment programs to bring writing and the healing process together. She is currently working on her next book.
