Welcome love today we enter a sacred space a space that your body is safe your desires are valid and your pleasure is divine.

Let's begin by gently closing our eyes and taking a long slow breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.

This is your moment no expectations no performance just presence let's take three breaths together Inhale through your nose deep into your belly.

Hold and exhale softly like a sigh again inhale through your nose.

Hold and exhale softly repeat this one more time inhale hold and exhale.

Now scan your body from the crown of your head down your face your neck your chest notice where there's any tightness or sensation or even numbness it's all welcome.

Bring your breath to your heart.

Inhale into your chest and exhale from the heart space.

Now lower your awareness to your belly your pelvis your womb or your knee just notice feel the breath gently landing there.

Place one hand over your heart and the other over your belly or resting between your thighs wherever feels safe and nourishing breathe into the space between your hands.

Now repeat after me silently or out loud.

I own my body.

I welcome my pleasure.

I am safe in my sensuality.

Beautiful.

Imagine now.

A warm golden light glowing deep in your pelvis.

This is your sacred energy.

Your sensual life force.

Let it grow gently with each breath.

Let that golden light move upward through your belly your chest your heart.

Feel yourself glowing.

Soft powerful free.

If it feels right,

You can begin to gently touch your body.

Not to reach a goal but to honor it to explore to adore.

Maybe it's your arms.

Your thighs.

Your chest.

Let your hands move like a gentle lover.

Soft.

Curious.

Present.

You are not too much.

You are not too little.

You are sacred.

If any emotion rises,

Let it.

Tears.

Arousal.

Resistance.

Everything is welcome.

And stay with yourself.

You are your own safest place.

Slowly bring both hands to your heart.

Whisper to yourself.

I am divine.

I am whole.

My pleasure is my power.

Take one last deep breath in.

And exhale fully.

Gently wiggle your fingers.

Notice the surface beneath you.

And when you're ready.

Softly open your eyes.

This moment was yours.

You gave your body love,

Presence and reverence.

Return to this ritual anytime you need to remember.
