This is a sacred moment just for you,

A time to slow down,

Tune in and connect with your body in a sensual,

Loving way.

There is no rush,

No need to do anything,

Just allow yourself to be fully present.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place where you can relax without interruptions.

You may sit or lie down,

Whatever feels best for your body.

Gently,

Close your eyes and take a deep,

Luxurious breath in and slowly exhale.

With every breath,

Allow yourself to soften,

To release,

To arrive fully into this moment.

Let's begin by connecting with your breath.

Take a slow,

Deep inhale through your nose,

Hold for a moment and exhale gently through your mouth.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in warmth,

Pleasure and relaxation and with every exhale,

Feel yourself releasing tension,

Stress and anything that does not serve you.

Now visualize a gentle wave of golden energy flowing from the top of your head down to your toes,

Washing over you like a warm,

Soothing touch.

This is your time to honor yourself,

To embrace your sensuality without hesitation or guilt.

Bring your awareness to your scalp.

Feel the softness of your hair,

The way your skin tingles under your fingertips.

Now let this awareness drift down to your face,

Your lips,

Your neck.

Notice how your breath moves through your body,

Filling you with life.

Let your shoulders relax,

Feeling the weight of the day melt away.

Bring your focus to your arms,

Hands,

Fingertips,

Capable of both strength and tenderness.

Now shift your attention to your chest.

Place one hand gently over your heart,

Feel its rhythm,

Steady and strong.

Whisper to yourself,

I am here,

I am present.

I honor my body.

As your awareness moves downward,

Notice your belly.

So often we hold tension here.

Let it soften.

Let yourself be at ease.

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your legs,

Feel the deep presence in these parts of you.

Let go of any judgment.

Remember that your body is sacred.

Now imagine a soft,

Warm energy swirling around you like the most tender embrace.

This energy is sensual,

Vibrant and alive.

Place your hands wherever you feel called over your heart,

Your belly,

Your legs.

Simply allowing yourself to be touched with love.

Breathe in the feeling of being adored,

Being worshipped by yourself,

For yourself.

Feel the way your skin craves your own touch,

The way your body responds to attention,

To care,

To pleasure.

Your body is not just a vessel,

It is a source of endless pleasure,

Of deep connection,

Of sacred power.

Now softly repeat each affirmation in your mind or whisper them to yourself.
