Welcome to your love meditation.

In this session,

We'll explore the feeling of love.

Not just love for someone or something,

But love as a state of being.

Love in its purest form is a sense of happiness,

Warmth,

And connection that flows from within.

This meditation is an opportunity for you to reconnect with that feeling,

To let it rise naturally as you settle into stillness.

Whether you're here to nourish your heart today,

Calm your mind,

Or simply take a pause,

This practice will guide you towards that radiant sense of love and joy that's always been present,

Waiting to be rediscovered.

Take a deep breath,

Get comfortable,

And let's begin.

Find your way to a seated position.

Make your spine nice and long.

Gently pull the chin in so you feel the back of your neck get nice and long.

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Feel your feet,

Your sit bones connect to everything under you.

Feel yourself get a little taller.

And now draw your attention to your breath.

Feel your inhale right at the tip of your nose.

As you breathe in,

Cool air comes in.

And as you breathe out,

You relax a little bit more.

Continue to follow the rhythm of your inhale and your exhale as it flows in and out through your nose.

If at any point your mind begins to wander today,

You find your thoughts being loud,

Catch it,

And then shift your attention back to your breath just as you're doing right now,

Right at the tip of the nose.

Now do a body scan from the bottoms of your feet all the way up to the crown of your head.

Notice any tension.

Let that awareness of tension melt it away.

Now let's do it one more time.

This time from the crown of your head down to the bottoms of your feet.

Let the awareness dissolve the tension.

Now begin to imagine the space you're in transforms into your perfect place,

A place where you feel safe,

A place where you feel comforted,

A place where you feel at ease.

Continue to notice your surroundings,

Filling in the colors,

The smells,

The sound,

And any sensations.

Take in this perfect place.

Now recall a memory where you felt all the love.

Maybe it was you giving love or you receiving love.

Soak it in.

And now allow that memory to slowly begin to fade away.

And as it fades,

Notice how that feeling of love is still in you.

In fact,

It came from you.

Feel that feeling right at the center of your chest.

And now allow your body to fill with it from the bottoms of your feet to the outer edges of your fingertips to the crown of your head.

Now begin to think of somebody who you really love,

Somebody who makes you feel easy to love without even trying.

And now imagine that they sit forward right in front of you.

You look them in the eyes.

And as you look them in the eyes,

They're suddenly hit with this realization that removes their stress,

Their anxiety,

Their fears.

How does that change the expression on their face?

The way they're sitting?

The way they're looking at you?

Feel that connection from the center of your heart.

Charge up and connect to that person in front of you.

Feel that charge within you get a little bit stronger,

More potent.

Next,

Bring forward somebody who you might not have such a strong connection to or know much about them,

But you've crossed paths with them,

Maybe at the grocery store,

Maybe on the train,

Could be an Uber driver.

As they sit in front of you,

You look them in the eyes.

And suddenly they're hit with this realization where their stress,

Their fears,

Their anxieties melt away.

How does the expression on their face change?

How does their posture shift?

How does their energy feel?

That light at the center of your chest connects to them and you start to feel that light heat up a little bit more.

The charge gets stronger.

Next,

Invite in somebody who you're having a challenging time with.

Someone who feels a little harder to love at times.

Somebody who's disappointed you maybe.

Maybe that person's even you.

They sit in front of you and you look them in the eyes.

And with your magnetic charge,

That bright energy at the center of your chest,

They're suddenly hit with this realization that dissolves their fears,

Their pain,

Their stress.

Notice what that does to the expression on their face,

Their presence.

Now that light at the center of your chest becomes even more powerful,

More expansive.

The most charged it's been.

Allow yourself to soak in the presence of all these people you just met with,

Shared your light with,

Taking you to that perfect place one more time.

As you sit here in this perfect place with all these people you invited,

Feel that light from the center of your heart extend.

It covers your perfect place like a blanket and it begins to go even beyond your perfect place to every living,

Breathing thing on this planet,

Knowing that it all came from you.

Begin to draw your light back in slowly.

Allow everyone to fade away.

And as you pull your light in,

It turns into a small blue crystal right at the center of your chest,

An inch in front of your spine,

Fully charged,

Allowing that crystal to lead you through the rest of your day.

Remembering this feeling,

Remembering that it all came from you.

When you're ready,

Bring awareness back into your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Bring a smile to the corners of your lips and then begin to flutter your eyes open,

Taking in the space around you,

Noticing if anything looks different.

Bring this feeling with you into the rest of your day.
