Inhale deeply and as you exhale release any tension in your body.
Visualize a warm wave of relaxation flowing through your body soothing every muscle and fiber.
Imagine yourself in a peaceful and serene natural setting,
A place where you feel completely grounded and at ease.
Feel the earth beneath your feet grounding you in this tranquil environment.
As you are surrounded in this beautiful place I'm going to count from 1 to 20 and with each breath and with each count you will feel more and more relaxed and more and more at ease.
