Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
When you are ready close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
Just taking a moment now to centre yourself,
To set your intention for today's meditation.
Essentially we are seeking to upgrade a part of our lives.
Maybe it's a job,
Maybe it's a home,
Maybe it's a car,
Maybe it's something internal.
Whatever this is,
Really honour it with respect,
With grace,
Understanding how upgrading allows you to live a better life,
More luxury,
Abundance,
Happiness,
Whatever it may be.
And so we are going to be bold today and starting off by stating that this is already here.
This declaration alone has already made it happen in your reality.
I invite you to release all doubt,
All fear and just believe.
And so beginning with gratitude and love and appreciation,
Knowing that you already have this thing,
This desire,
This experience and feeling it in your heart.
Feeling that warmth,
That expansion,
Knowing that so much now is going to happen in your life because of this opportunity,
Because of this upgrade.
And so as you breathe in,
Breathing in more abundance,
More expansion and as you breathe out releasing anything that is in the way.
Today we call forth the Angel of Abundance.
We invite it to step forward as we give it full permission to channel to us and through us frequencies,
Light,
Love and blessings.
We invite their light,
Their healing and their energy to help us seal this upgrade as well as give them full permission to take over in our lives,
To make miracles happen.
We declare this so and so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
And so visualizing now a beautiful ball of gold liquid floating above your head.
This energy is very powerful,
Very strong,
A little overwhelming but in a good way.
As you connect to that frequency above you,
Just listening and feeling.
And so from above a beautiful cord of gold liquid moves down,
Down,
Down.
Gently moving down and it connects to the back of your neck as if it's plugging into you.
As it connects,
Warm liquid gold begins to melt down your spine into each vertebra,
Melting into you,
Becoming one with you.
And the more liquid that enters,
The more it spreads throughout your bones,
Throughout your nervous system,
Your muscles.
You're just glowing now in this beautiful liquid gold.
Just feeling it spread through your fingertips,
Your toes,
The top of your head,
Melting into each organ,
Each cell into your blood now.
And continue to focus on your breath in and out,
In and out.
And just noticing the sensations,
The feelings,
The emotion,
Anything at all that comes up.
And slowly,
Slowly,
All of this liquid gold begins to melt over your heart,
Gently melting into your heart,
The final stage.
And just feeling yourself now radiate with this powerful,
Powerful,
Abundant frequency.
And as you sit inside it,
Begin to think about the very thing that you wish to upgrade in your life.
Be specific,
Maybe say it in your mind.
I wish to upgrade.
And so as you breathe in and declare this for yourself,
Beginning to see this gold liquid pulsate,
Amplifying outside of your body,
Shifting your aura,
The sacred codes and the declaration are beginning to take place and transform your frequency.
And so from here,
Energies begin to leak outside of your aura,
Connecting to the energies around you and in the space that you're in.
This energy is beginning to influence and affect the energies around you,
Making them react and align with your frequency,
So within,
So without.
And seeing this gold light now moving and expanding,
Engulfing the space that you're in and moving outside,
Connecting to the trees,
The animals,
The insects,
The earth,
The energies,
The people and moving even further out.
Getting bigger and bigger until your whole city or town now is influenced with this golden frequency and bigger outside of the country that you're in and bigger until the whole world is inside this gold energy.
And from here now,
More energy leaks move out into the universe,
The infinite universe.
And once again,
It expands and gets bigger and bigger until you reach out to other galaxies and star systems and now even deeper,
Entering timelines,
Energies that we cannot see and possibilities that are beyond our comprehension.
You are now sealing this frequency into existence,
Literally co-creating it with the creator.
And so gently and slowly that gold energetic cord that is attached to the back of your neck now is being released.
As you sit for a moment in silence,
As you breathe and bathe in this beautiful,
Beautiful energy,
Nothing can change this now.
Nothing can move it.
You are it.
And so taking a moment to be in gratitude for this abundance,
For this wealth,
For this upgrade,
For this shift,
For this transformation.
Understand that you may receive frequencies,
Synchronicities and information along your journey.
Be sure to listen,
Be sure to trust your intuition,
Your own guidance,
Remembering that you have all the wisdom of the universe within you.
And so we're going to begin to bring ourselves back now.
So breathing,
Feeling your body.
Breathing into your heart,
Feeling your heartbeat,
The warmth,
The love,
The peace.
And slowly scanning your body now to bring yourself back.
Beginning at your toes,
Moving up your feet,
Your legs,
Your knees.
Moving up your legs to your buttocks,
Your groin area,
Up your hips,
Your stomach,
Your middle and upper back,
Your chest,
Down your arms to your fingertips,
Up your neck,
Your jaw,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
The back of your head,
All the way to the top of your head.
Just bringing back awareness and just feeling the temperature in the air now and becoming aware of the space around you.
Acknowledging the changes energetically within and around.
And so now,
If it feels right,
Wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Maybe gently move your head and give yourself a little stretch.
Beautiful.
Take your time,
But when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
