Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and surrender.
Just allow yourself to completely let go.
Invite your body to relax and your mind to open.
Just accepting,
Absorbing the present moment,
Feeling the stillness and just bringing your focus to your breath in and out,
In and out.
Today's meditation is designed to help you align with the universe.
Listening to the calling to who you really are.
Listening to the universe's voice directing you towards people,
Places and things.
Inviting you to align with your true purpose.
Discover who you really are,
Why you are here and invite synchronicities and messages from the universe so that you can align completely with this mission.
So that you can embody your true essence.
And taking a moment to acknowledge the universe.
This energy force that has created everything,
Including you.
Taking a moment of feeling this frequency that lives within and outside of you.
And knowing that you are a part of it,
Completely connected to it.
And so inviting your own frequency to reach out to the universe,
To connect with it,
To speak with it.
Imagine your body completely disappearing and you're just pure energy.
And allowing yourself to let go of any expectations.
And now beginning to really allow yourself to be one with everything that is around you.
And calling the universe to speak with you today.
Dear universe,
I thank you.
I am here today to listen.
I invite your guidance,
Your support,
Your love.
Today,
I call for your presence,
For your assistance.
Today,
I wish to align with who I really am.
Embracing my full potential,
My gifts,
My calling.
And so universe,
I invite you to guide me.
I invite you to show me the way.
I invite you to send me people,
Places and things that would lead me to my highest and greatest good,
My highest and greatest path.
I surrender to this now.

Listening,
Feeling,
Observing.

And it's time to come back now,
Slowly,
Slowly expanding your awareness back into your body.
Feeling your body,
Maybe wiggle your toes and your fingers to gently return.
And as you return,
Take a moment of gratitude.
