Hello everyone and welcome to the Meditation Channel.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself comfortable and let's begin.
Surrendering to the moment,
Completely allowing yourself to be here and now,
Not allowing the mind to take over.
It's time for you to take your power back,
For you to direct your mind and so checking in with yourself,
How do I feel,
How does my body feel today,
Is there any tension,
Any anxiety,
Any stress and if so,
That's okay.
Just accept it,
Allow it to be what it is and just bringing your focus back to your breath and if there is any resistance,
Breathing in and becoming aware of that resistance and when you breathe out,
Let go.
Again breathing in and letting go of the resistance.
Once again breathing in and letting go of the resistance.
We invite now a beautiful yellow light to shine above you,
Soft yellow warm light just like honey surrounding you,
Melting down the top of your head,
Down your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your back,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees,
All the way down to your toes.
Completely surrounded by this beautiful warm light,
Very loving and high frequency.
This frequency is connecting to your solar plexus,
To your chakra,
Allowing you to rebalance your chakra.
Feeling this yellow light gently merge in your solar plexus,
Surrounding that area of your body.
Waves of this frequency entering and exiting,
Creating an infinite symbol,
A symbol of the number 8 moving through you and out of you and around.
You might feel as if your body begins to heat up,
Gets a little warmer,
Restoring the balance in the chakra,
Your sense of self,
Your confidence,
Who you are,
Restoring your boundaries and rebalancing the rest of the chakras through this chakra.
And now I want you to set an intention,
Something that you wish to achieve,
Something that you wish to manifest in your life,
Just one thing.
What is it that you really want,
What is it that you really desire?
And once you see it,
Visualize it as an object,
An image,
A shape or a color that represents this manifestation,
This desire,
This wish.
And once you find it,
I want you to visualize this image in the center of your solar plexus,
In the center of this chakra.
And once again,
Inviting this yellow light to amplify and strengthen this manifestation,
Building up your self-worth,
Building up your sense of self around this desire,
Fortifying this wish to come true,
Creating healthy boundaries so that you may always be authentic,
So that you may always stay true to your heart and who you are.
And inviting this frequency to assist us in releasing any fears,
Any insecurities,
Any energies that lower this frequency,
That take us further from this frequency.
And taking a moment now just to visualize,
Imagine what it's like to have this thing already in your life.
How other people react,
How you see yourself,
But above everything else,
How does it feel in your body to have it already?
And pay attention to the actual sensations.
Maybe there is warmth,
Maybe there is excitement,
Maybe there is an expansion.
Just allow it to be what it is.
And if you can,
Amplify this feeling throughout your entire body,
Becoming one with this sensation,
Becoming one with this frequency,
One with this energy.
And finally,
We declare,
I am worthy,
I am ready.
And I declare this,
And so it is.
Inviting this beautiful yellow light for their healing,
For their assistance,
For their empowerment as that beautiful yellow light gently begins to dim down,
Returning wherever it came from.
And that image and your solar plexus are shining bright,
Solid,
Strong,
Beautiful and glowing.
Inviting this frequency,
Amplifying this frequency beyond you and around you,
Beginning to bring yourself back,
Listening to your breath,
Expanding your awareness back into the space.
Take your time,
And when it feels right,
You can open your eyes.
