Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

Get yourself in a comfortable position and just listen to my voice.

We are so much more powerful than we know or that we understand.

A lot of the problems that we face is that we forget who we are.

We forget our own power.

We forget that we have the ability to co-create with this universe.

The key word here is forget.

The human mind is designed to be programmed,

Easily manipulated.

The good news is we also can reprogram our minds,

Choose our thoughts and therefore shift our reality.

We don't have to know everything or understand everything but we must be aware,

Aware of what we can change.

So ask yourself right now,

What would you like to change about your life?

Is there a pattern in your life or a situation that you wish to change that is no longer serving you or that is causing you pain?

Maybe you're at a job that you don't like,

Stuck in the rat race.

Maybe you wish to have an amazing love story.

Maybe you wish to be more financially abundant or maybe you wish your health to improve.

Whatever it may be,

Be honest with yourself.

Now let's begin by being aware of the things that you can control,

Such as your thoughts.

In what ways do you feed this belief?

In what ways do you continue believing that this is your only option,

Your only reality,

Your only choice?

Now ask yourself why,

Why do you continue thinking this and why do you continue believing this?

Does it make you feel good?

Does it reassure and reaffirm your truth?

You see,

If you believe it then it must be true and if you don't believe it that also must be true.

For some reason we rather be right than happy.

We rather be stuck in the hell that we know than to explore a new heaven.

This is not your fault.

We are programmed this way.

However,

It is your choice.

And so,

Right here,

Right now,

Can you choose differently?

And if so,

What would that choice be?

And so today,

Can you make a commitment to yourself that every time the old program shows up that you are going to choose a new,

Better program,

A new,

Better thought?

So,

I want you now to choose a specific thought that will serve you,

That will empower you.

For instance,

If your belief is,

I will never find true love,

Then you must shift that thought into,

I will find my true love.

Or if your thought is,

I cannot quit my job because I will lose money,

I can do it.

Or if your thought is,

I cannot quit my job because I will lose money,

I can do it.

Many have done it before me and I will find a solution.

The options are endless but find something that resonates with you specifically.

And now that you have found this new thought I want you to spend a few minutes now repeating that thought to yourself over and over again.

Imprinting this new belief and above everything else,

Practicing this thought now.

Having resistance to a new thought is completely natural and normal.

It will take a lot of practice and time.

After today's meditation,

I invite you to make this your new mantra.

Make this your new thought by repeating it over and over again throughout your day.

You begin by changing your mind to then change the way you feel to then influence your reality.

Make this your new belief.

Make this your new reality.

All right,

It's time to come back now.

So slowly,

Slowly expanding your awareness back into your body,

Back into the space.

Take a deep breath in,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten,

Eleven,

Twelve,

Take a deep breath in and on the out-breath open your eyes.
