Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and just listen to my voice.
Today's meditation is designed to help you manifest.
Manifest on a new moon.
A very powerful time to call something in,
To invite a new experience,
To birth a new idea.
So let's begin by setting an intention.
Really take a moment to think about what it is that you desire.
And if you haven't already,
Now close your eyes.
Just be as relaxed as you can be and just let go.
Trusting that now you have set your intention and now let's manifest.
And so let's begin by calling in the energies of the new moon.
Calling forth the energies that align us even more powerfully towards what we desire.
And I want you now to visualize a beautiful soft white light above you.
Gently swirling down and moving down the top of your head.
Down your body all the way down.
Cleansing and clearing anything that is holding you back.
Anything that is holding you in a lower frequency,
In a fear frequency.
In a frequency of lack,
Of not good enough.
Just giving yourself permission for this moment right here,
Right now to truly believe.
And just feeling your breath in and out.
Opening yourself up to this beautiful white light.
Washing away all of the doubts and insecurities and just being with this frequency.
I now open my heart to receive the blessings of this new moon.
I open my mind to receive the thoughts,
The programming that align me with this desire.
I give myself permission to surrender to this moment.
To be as present as possible,
As open and receptive as I can be.
And I am so grateful for all of the blessings,
The miracles and the energies that are in and around me now.
And now let's call forth this desire.
Let's call forth this wish.
And when you find it,
Visualize a beautiful,
Bright star gently fall down from the top of your head.
Entering your third eye,
Finding its place home in your mind.
Gently activating your third eye and your pineal,
Giving you insights,
Inner vision and intuitions that align you with this desire.
Inviting the reprogramming of your subconscious mind and allowing you to become a powerful manifestor.
And when this is complete,
This beautiful star drops down to your heart.
Activating your heart,
Allowing you to feel what it's like to have this desire already.
And just taking a moment now to visualize yourself in this manifestation and feeling all of the emotions being activated within you.
And taking a moment of gratitude,
Of so much gratitude for this blessing,
For this desire.
And finally,
Allow that star to drop down to your base chakra.
Allow it to sit there,
Your groin area and your stomach just glowing,
Healing all of the blocks and all of the fears that have gotten in the way in the past.
And preparing us now to birth this wish into the world.
Just seeing this beautiful star repairing and restoring all of the energies in this area.
Releasing the old and allowing us to manifest and connect with the new.
We are now ready.
I now give myself full permission to birth this manifestation into reality,
Into this planet,
Into this world.
I give myself permission to align with the perfect people,
Places and things.
With ease,
With flow,
With abundance and in joy.
Today I declare this to be my reality from this moment forward.
And so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
And suddenly seeing this star getting brighter and brighter and brighter.
The rays shooting out of your body into this world.
And when you are ready,
Allow it to be completely activated through and within and around you until it expands and gets bigger and bigger.
Until you find yourself inside this star.
And when you are ready,
Let it go.
As it bursts and diamonds and sparkles of light shine all around you.
Trusting that it has now been released into this world to be manifested.
Take a moment now to think the energies of the moon for its blessings as it amplifies any manifestation.

You can stay in this meditation longer.
Or if you are ready,
You can begin to slowly,
Slowly bring your awareness back.
Gently returning back to your body,
Back to this space.
Back to your breath.
Take your time.
And when it feels right,
Open your eyes.
