Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel. Let's begin. Sit upright, Close your eyes and begin to quieten down the outside world, Giving yourself permission to go within and releasing anything that might be worrying you right now. Trusting the process, Trusting this meditation, We have the power to create a wonderful life. And today, Through this meditation, We are going to invite ourselves to align with wonderful opportunities, Possibilities and maybe a little miracle. We are going to shift our frequency into a frequency that invites these possibilities, That invites opportunities, Bringing your focus and your attention to your heart, Checking in with your heart, How does my heart feel today, Seeing if there is any suffering, Any blocks, Any tightness, Any fear living in your heart and if you do find anything I want you to visualize it as an energy in your heart, What does this energy look like, What does it feel like, Where is it in your heart, What does this energy create or prevent you from creating. We are now going to connect to this energy, We are going to ask it some questions and I want you to trust the answers that you hear. Why are you here? Why are you here? Why were you created? Why were you created? Are you attached to a specific memory, Person or event? Are you attached to a specific memory, Person or event? In what way are you preventing me from elevating my frequency, Allowing me to be a match to certain things that I desire in my life? Dear energy frequency that lives in my heart, I thank you, I thank you for your lessons, I thank you for your wisdom and I thank you for sharing this information with me. I want you to know that I hear you, I feel you, I understand what you are saying and what you need but I am now going to call forth a higher frequency that allows me to assist you in the healing process, That allows me to help you let go with love, With safety and security. In front of you now I want you to see a being, A very special being standing in front of you, Glowing, Powerful, Divine. They were sent from above to assist you in this healing and this powerful shifting. I give you permission to assist me in releasing this energy in my heart. I give you full permission to allow me to be free so that I may manifest, Attract and create a powerful life for myself and see this being stepping forward, Gently placing their hand in front of your chest and as their hand reaches your chest, It actually merges through your chest, Allowing them to connect with your heart. As they reach your heart, Their hand begins to glow brighter and brighter and brighter, Feeling a powerful light in your chest, In your heart being activated, Connecting to that energy that lives in your heart. The being begins to speak words, Words that we do not understand, Activating the healing, Activating the shifting, Activating and accessing energies from the divine and gently seeing that energy that was in your heart slowly, Slowly and gently, Bit by bit, Allowing your heart to be restored at its original frequency, At its purest and highest frequency. We are now going to take a moment to allow this being to continue the healing while we sit in silence and when the being has finished, They gently remove their hand, Taking a moment of absolute gratitude for their presence, For their assistance and for their healing. They nod and they return wherever they came from and now you can feel the expansion, The vast infinite frequency that lives in your heart, Activating an infinite field of possibilities and opportunities in your life now.
