Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
And let's begin by setting an intention today.
What would you like to receive,
Achieve and heal in this meditation?
And so taking a moment now to feel this intention,
To really connect with it.
And for this meditation,
I invite you to really do your best to surrender any aspects of you that are in resistance to this intention.
We are going to give ourselves permission to be free,
To believe in the impossible and to trust that as long as we give ourselves permission,
That's all that matters.
You need to remember that you hold the power and that when you give your power away,
You lose the ability to manifest.
Letting go is okay.
Letting go of expectations,
Letting go of pressure,
Letting go of other people's expectations.
But when you give your power away,
Essentially you believe and you trust someone or something else more than your dream,
Than your intention,
Than your actual reality.
And so don't worry about what other people think or what they said or did.
Only think about what you want,
What you're connected to,
What your heart is calling.
Feel how this intention charges the energy inside you and helps you activate something different.
And by changing your emotions,
You are essentially changing your frequency and so you are changing your reality.
And if there's anything that you can believe and trust right now,
Is that when you change your inner world,
The outside will change too.
And so now we call forth your spiritual team to assist you through this meditation,
To help you elevate your frequency and change your reality forever.
And so around you now,
I want you to see your spiritual team.
You don't have to know who they are or what they look like.
You just need to know that they're there.
Feeling their energy,
Feeling their presence around you.
Feeling their love,
Their support,
Their energy.
Suddenly an energetic circle of white light connects them.
And that white light begins to merge inside the circle where you are.
And this white light begins to surround you,
Cleanse your energy,
Your aura.
Feeling this energy,
Charging your energy,
Healing your energy.
There is something very peaceful,
Yet activating about this frequency.
And so taking a moment to bathe in it,
To simply receive it,
To enjoy it and to just sit with it.
And when you are ready,
I invite you now to say to yourself,
I now am open and receptive to this new frequency,
To this new energy.
Today I give myself permission to transform,
To upgrade and to accept all of the love and abundance from the universe.
And suddenly that beautiful white light begins to seep through your skin,
Gently merge into you and becoming one with you.
As you breathe,
You feel this energy pulsate and cleanse and clear your body,
Your mind and your heart.
Feelings of love,
Of peace,
Of joy begin to merge.
This allows you to tap into an even more relaxed state than before.
Washing away any toxicity again,
Washing away any suffering and pain.
Allowing you now to receive divine bliss and joy.
And in this state now,
I invite you to visualize your intention,
Visualize your desire.
See yourself win,
Succeed and glow.
Allow this energy to become a part of you,
To become one and allow the emotions to charge all of you.
And as you do this,
Just notice where in your body you feel this energy the most.
And now we say,
My dear spiritual team,
I thank you for being by my side.
I thank you for helping me and healing me.
Today I ask for your help.
Today I invite you to assist me.
I want this intention to manifest,
To become my reality.
And I would love for you to guide me,
To send me synchronicities and energies that help me align with it.
I give you permission to be by my side on this journey and to take the reins at times when needed.
Today I am open and receptive to the field of infinite possibilities and opportunities.
Today I give myself permission to connect to love,
Abundance,
Wealth and miracles.
And now your spiritual team move forward and each one will place a hand on the other.
On your head,
On your shoulders,
On your back.
All of them connected to you and each other.
Feeling that white energy intensify and become even brighter and even stronger than before.
And once again,
As you breathe in,
As you breathe out,
Just allow this energy to flow through and around you.
Allowing you to feel alive,
Yet relaxed,
Peaceful.
And as your spiritual team now assists you in this moment,
I invite you now to take a moment to relax.
Allow the energy of gratitude to be activated in your heart and to spread outwards to reach your spiritual team and beyond.
Pure,
Unconditional love is within and around you now.
And one by one now your spiritual team fades away as the healing and the change is now complete.
And just taking a moment again to feel the change within and around you.
And when you're ready you can begin to return now,
So slowly,
Slowly expanding your awareness outwards.
Wiggle your toes and your fingers gently returning back to your body.
Take your time,
But when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
