Hello everybody and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just surrendering,
Allowing,
Inviting.
And letting go of the fears of stress,
Anxiety.
Just surrendering to this moment with your breath.
Telling your body that it's a time to relax,
That it's safe for your body to relax.
And inviting your mind to waken,
To connect,
To be activated.
We are now going to call forth the version of you that is empowered.
The version of you that is strong,
That has the answers,
That is peaceful,
That knows what to do.
And feeling this presence as a beautiful soft ruby red light shine above your head surrounding you from head to toe.
This light is empowering,
Strong,
Activating.
And as this light surrounds you,
You deeply connect to this part of you.
Shedding away any of the doubts and fears and insecurities that you may carry with you.
And allowing you to connect to your divine power.
Allowing you to receive information,
Energies and frequencies at this time that will assist you.
And now,
It's time to bring forth your concerns.
What is it that you feel that you need direction,
Guidance,
Answers?
Where do you feel powerless,
Where you have no control?
Allow that part of you to show up,
Wherever it may be,
In your mind or in your body.
Maybe you feel like you are overwhelmed,
Too many things at once.
Maybe you feel influenced and affected by others or their energy.
Maybe there is a particular event or situation in your past that affects you still today.
Whatever it may be,
Choose one for the time.
Where does this energy live,
This fear,
This insecurity or whatever it may be?
Just pay attention in your body or in your mind where this frequency resides.
And now connect to it.
We are going to ask it some questions so that we may understand this part of you better.
And so to this aspect of me,
I invite you now to connect to me.
I wish to understand you more.
I wish to help myself and you more.
In what ways do I feel that my power is taken from me?
In what ways do I give my power away?
When was this created,
This fear,
This insecurity or this doubt within me?
Is this something that was passed down generationally or was this something that I created due to a trauma or a specific event in my life?
What do I need to help myself heal and overcome this energy,
This block,
This pattern?
In what ways can I invite this fear,
This energy,
This pattern to work with me,
To be integrated and therefore not against me?
And I invite you now to send love to this energy,
To this pattern.
I invite you now to accept it for what it is,
The best way that you can.
And now inviting the assistance of your power self and inviting this beautiful ruby red frequency that is around you now.
And as you breathe in,
You will breathe in this energy,
Allowing it to move in and through your body.
And inviting it to touch this energy,
This block,
This pattern that lives within you and to merge with it,
To connect with it,
To heal one another and to integrate.
And on the out breath,
Visualize yourself releasing any negativity,
Any toxicity,
Anything that is unwanted and unwelcome at this time.
And anything that is attached to that energy pattern and frequency.
Continue visualizing the red energy moving in around your body and releasing anything that is unwanted.
Breathing in this beautiful,
Powerful energy and releasing anything that is unwanted.
Feeling the energy shift,
Feeling your body and your chakras and your heart being activated.
And taking a deep breath in,
Hold and let it go.
Again,
Deep breath in,
Hold and let it go.
Last one,
Deep breath in and hold and let it go.
And that beautiful ruby red light now shifts into a beautiful white light,
Clearing and cleansing anything else that needs to be cleared.
Allowing this direct channel to be of its highest and purest energy and frequency.
So that you may receive inspired action,
Synchronicities and information throughout your day that will align you with choices that serve you and your highest good.
It's time to come back now.
So we are slowly,
Slowly going to begin to expand our awareness back into our body.
Back to our breath,
Gently and slowly.

Open your eyes.
