Whenever you're ready close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
This meditation is a very powerful technique to help you manifest.
And the right.
Part of your brain.
They work together.
Speaking to one another clearly,
To manifest and activate your intention and desire.
As they say,
Be careful what you wish for,
So make sure this is something that you truly desire and want.
Very well.
Let's begin.
Just breathing.
Just allowing yourself to relax.
Feeling your breath,
Feeling your energy and connecting to your body.
With each breath just relaxing more and more,
Releasing the outside world,
Releasing any expectations and just diving deeper and deeper into yourself.
And now focusing at the top of your head.
Moving down.
Just scanning the body.
Noticing any tension,
Any discomfort.
And with the breath,
Let it go.
Surrender it more and more.
And now inviting in intentional breathing with the in-breath you call in an intention.
Whether it's peace,
Love.
Focus.
Awareness.
Just breathe it in.
And now instruct the body,
Invite it to let go,
Let go of tension,
Expectations,
Attachments,
Literally in your mind say.
Let go.
Relax.
USA.
And thank you.
And now beginning to focus on your intention,
Your manifestation.
Be very clear,
Be very specific,
And be very focused.
And now,
As you continue to focus,
Think of the details of this intention of this manifestation.
If it's an object,
What does it feel like to have it in your hands?
The temperature of it?
The texture?
If it's an emotion,
An experience,
What does it feel like in your body,
In your heart,
In your mind?
Really begin to physicalize this experience,
Not just visualize it.
And so now we are going to activate the sacral chakra.
All of your focus and attention now around your groin area and around your stomach.
We are activating these energy centers,
But most importantly,
Focusing now on the base of your spine.
Really bringing all of your focus and attention to that area.
If you can even feel it,
Do your best.
Now,
Placing your intention in that energy center in the base of your spine.
So this intention,
This manifestation,
I want you to picture it,
Visualize it in the base of your spine.
If you see it,
Feel it.
Whatever it is,
However it appears,
Just trust yourself.
Let your imagination go.
Keep focusing and slowing down the breath,
Bringing more and more energy and focus into that area.
And now beginning to charge the energy in that area,
Amplifying its frequency,
Its energy,
Its force,
Like a pressure cooker.
Placing more emotions,
More energy,
More visualization,
More sensations,
All of it,
All of you.
And now you're going to send pulses of energy from your base chakra all the way up your spine.
Up and up and up through your neck into the left side of your brain.
Sending this energy,
This emotion,
This sensation and this intention.
If you like to see it as a color or a frequency,
Just pulsate it from your spine all the way up into the left side of your brain.
Do this for a while.
Feel that energy moving up and down.
And when you are ready now,
We're going to move all of that energy that has been built up on the left brain to the right side of your brain.
So seeing that energy moving from the left to the right,
Filling up the right side of your brain.
Again see it as that pulsating light however it wants to appear to you.
Slowly,
Slowly filling up both parts of the brain equally with this energy,
With this intention and with this frequency.
And now,
From the base of your spine,
Sending up that energy once again,
But splitting in two and evenly balancing both the left and the right brain.
Keep sending that energy,
Keep focusing and slowing down the breath.
Sending this intention both to the left and the right brain.
Connecting.
Filling up.
Perfect.
And now we're going to connect them.
All of them.
So seeing an energetic cord moving from the left and the right connecting in the middle of your brain.
Perfect.
And now.
Feeling that pulsing energy.
From the bottom of your spine,
From the left and the right,
All synchronized,
All glowing,
Pulsating at the same time.
So just feeling this energy now becoming one from your spine to your left to your right just becoming one perfect synchronized dance.
Your intention,
Your energy,
Your manifestation now in a perfect dance,
In a perfect frequency.
And as you slow down your breath,
Continue to see that intention,
That manifestation.
Allowing your whole being now.
To be one.
To see it,
To feel it.
And just keep doing this for a little bit longer.
Keep seeing it,
Keep feeling it,
Just seeing this beautiful light pulsating.
Synchronizing and aligning.
And just a little longer now.
You're doing really well.
Just holding this energy,
Holding this intention,
Holding the frequency.
Allowing our minds to fully embody it,
To fully become it,
To fully activate this intention.
Amazing.
And so,
Now just let it go.
Let go of the visualization,
Let go of the attachments and let go of your intention.
Just allowing yourself now to relax once again as you have completed the activation.
And all you have to do is just be open and receptive.
To messages,
Synchronicities and blessings now.
And so we're going to begin the journey back to the awakened state.
Gently and slowly expanding your awareness back out,
Just becoming aware of the temperature your breath.
And your surroundings.
Take your time.
When it feels right,
Begin to wiggle the toes and the fingers.
Maybe give yourself a nice stretch.
And when it's time.
Open your eyes.
