Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
This is a guided meditation designed for actors and performers to prep before an audition.
This is to help you relax your nervous system,
Anchor and ground yourself into your energy.
To let go of fears and insecurities and walk into that room confident,
Strong and prepared.
And so beginning by following your breath in and out.
Just taking a few deep breaths just to relax the body.
Intentional breathing.
And as you do this breathing just notice your state of being.
Thinking about the audition.
Do you feel nervous?
Do you feel excited?
Do you feel ungrounded?
Essentially just become aware of where you're at at this moment.
And so we're going to call in intentional breathing.
So on the in-breath you're going to call in the energy and the frequency that you wish to be right now.
And on the out-breath you're going to release anything that is unwanted.
Fear,
Stress,
Insecurity,
Ungroundedness,
Whatever it may be.
So visualize your confident self.
Visualize the version of you that books job after job that is a professional and call that in with your in-breath.
And with the out-breath releasing anything that is opposite to that,
That is contradicting that energy.
If it helps visualize white light entering and black energy leaving.
And just notice how the more you do this the more grounded,
Peaceful,
Present you feel.
Now I want you to imagine the version of you that is professional.
That even though they do not always book the job they always leave an excellent impression.
There is something special about them.
There is something unique about them.
The x factor.
Everybody remembers them when they walk in the room.
And so I want you to visualize that version of yourself.
That version of you that is a working successful actor.
That version of you that feels safe and secure in their success.
The version of you that deserves to win.
Feel them,
See them.
And as you tune into that version of yourself just notice how you are now even though you've calmed down and centered a little.
What are the differences energetically?
The differences in your thought?
In your presence?
In your identity?
And in your mind I want you to see that version of you standing in front of you as if you're looking at yourself in a mirror.
Seeing the success in their eyes.
The confidence.
The grounded energy in this frequency.
Where they belong.
And it's time to be honest with yourself.
In what ways do you sabotage yourself?
In what ways do you make poor weak choices?
In what ways do you play it safe?
Play small.
And what would that successful version of you tell you?
What advice would they give you right now before prepping for this audition?
What would they tell you to change?
To heal?
To shift?
What advice do you need right now?
And so I invite you now to notice where in your body these energy fields live.
The negative ones.
Maybe you see some blocks in your mind,
In your heart or in multiple places.
And I want you now to release that tension in your body.
Dissolve that frequency,
That heaviness,
That darkness.
So once again,
With your intentional breathing,
As you breathe in,
You direct that white light towards that parts of your body.
See them dissolve.
See them heal.
And on the out-breath,
Release them out.
Detoxing your system.
And now that you are open and receptive,
I want you to see that version of you that is successful.
And I want you to notice what their energy looks like,
Their aura,
If you could give them a color.
And whenever you're ready,
You're going to begin to call in and lovingly absorb that frequency into you.
Feeling their energy gently entering your aura,
Merging with your frequency,
Slowly,
Slowly filling you up.
Feeling up bit by bit.
And now as you breathe in,
You begin to breathe in their energy,
Entering your body,
Merging with every cell,
Every muscle,
Every bone.
And I invite you now to become one with them.
You are them now.
What does it feel like to be secure as an artist?
Secure in yourself,
Secure in your performance,
Fearless.
To know your craft,
Know yourself,
And yet be open and receptive to change,
To direction.
Notice how calm and present they are,
Strong and grounded.
They believe in themselves.
They have a vision of themselves.
They know who they are.
And so in this energy,
I want you to rest and bring it with you.
To remember that this is you.
You just shifted your perspective,
Your energy,
And your focus,
That's all.
And before we finish this meditation,
If you believe in a higher power,
I want you to call them forth now.
Calling down this energy from above,
Like a spotlight on a stage shining upon you.
Feeling that divine frequency surround you and support you at this time,
Elevating your energy and allowing you to tune into something much bigger and greater than yourself.
To be of service to the story,
To be of service to others,
And to be the light.
And I want you to take a moment of gratitude for who you are here and now,
For what it took to become this version of you.
The work,
The dedication,
The sacrifices,
Be respectful towards yourself.
And so with this,
We are ready.
So taking a moment of gratitude,
As we expand our awareness back out,
Gently and slowly bringing ourselves back out into the world.
Becoming aware of your body,
Maybe wiggling your toes and your fingers,
Gently and slowly expanding.
And when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
