Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
Allow your breath to help you relax,
To let go of any tension or stress,
Any negativity,
Anything at all that is holding you back from being present.
Just give yourself permission to surrender as best as you can.
Surrendering the 3D reality and allowing yourself to feel.
Feel your energy,
The energies around you.
And as you let go more and more,
You can begin to bring in or call in an intention for this meditation.
This could be something that you are wanting to manifest or this could simply be the intention to feel better,
More relaxed,
More connected.
Trust your heart,
Trust yourself,
Trust what you're called to do at this moment.
Just surrender,
Trust.
And now suddenly above you,
Visualize a golden energetic cord moving down and gently connecting to your heart.
This cord connects to you,
To your deepest desires.
It's like you're tuning in and plugging into some higher frequency energy and dimension.
And slowly,
Slowly,
That golden energy begins to enter and melt around your heart.
Activating the frequency in your heart.
Feeling a warm sensation around your heart and just notice any other sensation that arises.
Allowing this frequency now to connect with you,
To activate you.
And now begin to think about this desire and what it means to you.
What does it mean to have this in your reality?
But above all,
What does it mean to have it within you?
How will it change your frequency,
Your energy,
Your thoughts,
Your emotions,
And your experience in this reality?
And because you are experiencing it from within,
What are the experiences then on the outside?
Your daily routine,
Your relationships with others and yourself and this world,
And anything else that may arise.
And the more you think about this,
Notice how your heart opens up just a little more.
Notice how your heart receives this golden energy just a little more.
You begin to feel your heart with this frequency.
It's like your heart is getting bigger and expanding.
And now we're going to call in some affirmations to help us reprogram our subconscious.
So when you're ready,
Repeat after me.
I am worthy.

I am open and receptive to this frequency.
I am open and receptive to this frequency.

I give myself permission to receive.

And now just allow these affirmations to take place,
To settle in as you just return to your breath.
And now just feeling your heart once again expand a little more.
And it begins to solidify this frequency,
Allowing it to become one with your heart.
And slowly,
Slowly now we give ourselves permission to become one with it,
To truly embody this frequency,
To release doubt,
To release fear.
And to completely accept.
And so that energetic cord detaches itself now and it gently returns back wherever it came from.
And if you like,
Place your hand above your heart,
Just connecting.
See your heart glowing with this beautiful,
Beautiful golden light.
Feel how powerful,
How peaceful,
How abundant your heart is now.
Notice how this frequency gives you peace of mind.
Notice how it gives you confidence.
And just taking a moment of gratitude now for this meditation,
For this healing,
For this activation.
And let's solidify this meditation now by calling and inviting your angels.
Giving them full permission today to continue the healing,
The reprogramming.
And the activation.
We give them permission today to assist you throughout your day.
So that blessings,
Synchronicities and abundance flows easily into your reality.
And just giving them permission to send you any messages or anything else that is needed at this time to support you.
And so we are going to begin to return back now.
Just expanding your awareness back into the space,
Back into your body.
Feeling your breath,
Slowing down your breath and taking deeper breaths.
When you're ready,
Begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers,
Gently and slowly coming back.
Take your time to return.
There is no rush.
But when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
