Meditation Timer OnlineKate (also known as Katya) is a certified coach and mindfulness meditation teacher who has been practicing mindfulness for more than a decade and teaching since 2023. Her approach combines mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and compassion practices grounded in neuroscience to support clarity, fulfillment, and wellbeing. She is a certified breathwork facilitator, a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher program at the Greater Good Science Center, University of California, Berkeley, and holds over 300 hours of experience facilitating individual and group coaching. With a background in Learning & Development and over 15 years as an expat in the USA, UK, China, and Germany, Kate brings an intercultural perspective to her work. Clients value her practical style, the open space she creates, and the empathy she brings to each session.
