Welcome to ease and flow meditations.
Let this meditation help you become more focused and grounded in your energy as we connect to the earth's energy.
You can allow this meditation to be used as a reset at any point in your day.
You can use it at the very start of your day or you can use it to ground your energy so you can relax and be at peace at the end of your day.
Find a comfortable space,
A safe space where you can sit comfortably.
It is recommended that you do sit so that you can focus your energy on your tailbone or your root chakra.
Sitting tall,
Becoming quiet in your movement and observing what's around you.
From here,
You can close your eyes,
Give yourself one breath,
Inhale and exhale.
Notice your breath,
The natural rhythm,
How your body moves as you breathe.
From here,
We'll begin with alternate nostril breathing.
So with your right hand,
You'll lift your right hand up in front of your face.
You'll hover your right thumb over your right nostril.
You'll hover your middle finger and ring finger over your left nostril.
You can also just use the ring finger and gently press the pointer in the middle finger in between your brow bones.
And we'll start this breathing on an exhale.
So inhale through both nostrils.
On the exhale,
Press the right nostril closed and breathe out through the left.
Breathe in through the left.
Switch,
Breathe out through the right.
Breathe.
Switch,
Breathe out through the left.
Breathe in through the left.
Switch,
Breathe out through the right.
Breathe in through the right.
And switch,
Breathe out through the left.
Breathe in through the left.
Switch,
Breathe out through the right.
Breathe in through the right.
Switch,
Breathe out through the left.
Breathe in through the left.
And switch,
Out through the right.
In through the right.
Release from the nose and exhale fully and deeply out.
Deep breath in and out.
Feel that release.
Notice what you feel.
And keep breathing.
From here,
Bring your attention to the lower part of your body,
Maybe to your sits bones or your tailbone,
To your feet,
Pressing firmly into the floor,
Feeling all four corners of your feet.
Just bring awareness to this area of the body.
And from here,
Visualize a grounding cord extending from these parts of your body down to the core of the earth.
This is a strong,
Sturdy grounding cord.
And you can visualize that this cord as a magnet,
Pulling any energy that's keeping you from this present moment.
Any thought that could be distracting you from this place and time.
And imagine this grounding cord pulling like dark water or dark vapor down out of your body into the core of the earth.
You slowly feel what's happening as you visualize this release.
Release from your body and release from your mind.
And from here,
We'll visualize drawing up the earth's energy from the core of the earth.
Drawing it up to the lowest part of our tailbone,
Our root chakra,
And allowing the root chakra to open.
And just observing how it feels.
So breathing in,
Drawing in earth's energy up to your tailbone,
Your root chakra,
And hold.
Hold the breath.
Exhale,
Release it back down.
We'll do this one more time.
Breathing in from the core of the earth,
Up your lower body to your tailbone,
Your root chakra,
And hold.
And exhale to release,
Releasing back to the earth.
And again,
We inhale,
Drawing up energy,
This time from the root chakra up to the shoulders,
Down the arms and the hands.
And again,
Energy coming back up through the arms,
The shoulders,
Down the torso,
Down your root chakra,
Your legs,
And into the earth.
And we'll do this again.
Inhale from the earth.
Bring it up towards your shoulders,
Through your body,
Down your arms,
Through your palms and out your fingertips.
Exhaling,
Drawing it up the arms,
Past the shoulders,
Down the body,
And back into the earth.
And this time,
As we inhale,
Inhale from the earth,
Through the entire body,
The shoulders down the arms,
Past through the fingertips,
Traveling back up the neck,
Through the head.
And this time,
Spilling out from the crown of the head,
Spilling out like an aura,
Cocooning your body in this white,
Gold,
White aura,
Earth energy grounding and peaceful.
And just let this aura flow through the body,
Down around yourself,
And into the earth.
We'll do one more.
Spilling in from the earth,
Through the body,
Down the arms,
Through the fingertips,
Back up the neck,
The head,
Letting it spill out from the crown of the head,
Spilling out,
Creating an aura,
A peaceful yet protective aura of grounding energy around you and allowing that to spill back into the earth.
You're grounded,
At peace,
Rested yet focused.
