Good morning.
And welcome to this new day.
My name is Ollie.
And I'm joining you from a beautiful beach in Trincones.
And he's down at Mexico.
It's early morning,
The sun is about to rise.
And today we're gonna.
.
.
Invite the ocean as our guide in the meditation.
You might be lying in bed.
Or is using another cushion.
Slowly waking up.
Not fully awake yet.
Just starting to sense and orient yourself in this new day.
You're somewhere in between night and day.
And in that space in between.
Is the perfect opportunity.
To attune to yourself and create the best day.
Keep your eyes closed or slightly,
Gently open.
Adjust your position so that you can feel supported.
Either lying down or sitting up.
Relax your shoulders.
Let go of attention.
Allow yourself to stay somewhere in between.
Sense into your body.
Feels the way that they help you.
Pressing.
Slowly waking up,
Opening yourself up to this new day.
Notice the badge of what's holding you.
It bad.
The floor.
Or maybe dissent beneath you.
Feel the contact points with the surface beneath you.
Back of the body.
Fish meals.
Your hips.
Good products.
Shoulder blade.
Back on her head.
Let yourself arrive here.
Slowly opening to receive the new day.
Let's begin to gently awaken your breath.
Bring your attention to your breath.
To the nose.
See if you can feel the breath.
Instead of think about it.
I'm trying to change it.
And try to control it.
Just notice the gentle natural flow of the breath coming in the nose and out the nose.
And now,
Let's begin to just slightly deepen the breath.
Breathing ever so slowly.
As if you're breathing in the dawn.
Cool.
Crash.
Yeah.
Exhale.
Long,
Easy,
Releasing the knife,
The tightness.
One more time.
Reasoning through the nose.
As if you're breathing in the energy of the dawn.
In the beginning and in the body through the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go of the night,
The stiffness,
The tightness.
As we begin to slightly open up to the possibility of the day ahead.
Think about something that you can look forward to today.
Maybe it's your first morning cup of coffee.
Or say hello to someone you like.
Maybe it's the morning sun on your skin.
For wearing something cozy.
My touch feelings sink in.
Take a full breath with me now.
Sensing fresh oxygen delivering nourishment to every single cell of their body.
Feet on the breath,
Coming in.
I'm going out.
Rising.
And following.
Like the ocean waves.
Breathing with the ocean.
Rising.
And falling.
Let's sense deeper into this natural rhythm through your breath.
The oceanic flow moving through you and with you as your breath.
If it feels comfortable,
You may like to place.
.
.
Right hand on your chest.
Your energy center,
Your heart core.
You may put your left hand on your belly.
Real sense of gravity.
Center of readiness,
Stability.
You may also place it wherever it feels right for your body.
Your face.
Or your head.
Anywhere is fine.
Feel the warmth of your own touch on your skin.
Nice and warm sensation.
Familiar and helpful.
Physical touch helps us.
Awaken our senses.
It helps us stay grounded in the moment.
Inhale.
Gentle rising of the chest.
And exhale,
Falling.
Just like the waves saw the energy moving through the water thousands and thousands of miles.
Your breath is the energy.
Moving through your body.
Energy bringing nourishment,
Aliveness.
To every single cell.
Cleansing.
Washing away the night.
Amazing.
Feel good hormones.
And removing cortisol,
This stress hormone from the system.
And now bring your attention back into the body.
And see if you can sense the body from within.
From within.
See if you can sense the pulse of the body.
The energy moving through you.
In a heartbeat.
Just technology.
You were here.
Strong.
Safe.
Support it.
To union and to your best day.
And now I invite you to repeat after me.
Quietly to yourself or out loud.
This affirmation.
To bring the renewal energy of the dawn into your day.
Repeat after me.
I have done in me.
The dawn is with me.
One more time.
Repeat after me.
I have done in me.
The dawn is with me.
One last time.
Repeat after me.
I have done in me.
The dawn is with me.
And noticing how it feels.
The sun is about to rise here on the beach.
The waves are crashing on the shore.
The day is about to begin.
Ask yourself and inquire within yourself.
What could may happen today.
What will make you?
Accomplished.
What will bring you joy?
Comfort.
Or a sense of accomplishment today.
You notice anything that may arise within you.
Any sensation.
Amy.
Physical feelings in the body.
Physical sensations in the body is how our intuition talks to us.
Now that we have created the space to notice these feelings,
Spend a couple more breaths Simply observe it.
And staying with a gentle flow of your natural breath.
As we come to a close of this practice,
Invite a little movement in the body.
You might wiggle your toes.
Shake your hands.
Give yourself a nice long stretch,
Extend your arms out,
Stretch up Roll your neck from side to side,
Awakening the neck.
If it feels good,
You can massage the back of your neck.
In years.
Gently waken the body.
Being the energy.
When you're ready.
Start to.
Open your eyes ever so slightly.
Taking your time,
No rush.
Letting yourself bask.
And this morning light.
Noticing the surroundings around you.
The freshness.
Of this early morning time.
Opening up the sounds in your room or outside the room.
And just letting yourself receive this new day.
Taking your time.
Getting ready to have a wonderful day.
When you're ready.
You may sit up if you're lying down.
Or have a drink of water.
Maybe.
Write a new journal.
Create a morning ritual with this practice.
I want to thank you for joining me today.
For starting your morning with me.
And as you bow to start your day.
Carry this with you.
You have done in you.
The dawn is with you.
Supporting you throughout your day.
I wish you a wonderful day full of new possibilities.
Small delights.
Take good care and I'll see you next time.
May you be in harmony.
