Welcome to this meditation for self-love.
During this guided meditation session,
We will be dropping in and cultivating some love for yourself.
Practice this meditation anytime you need a little boost of self-love or are seeking to nurture your relationship with yourself.
Treat yourself with kindness,
Because love comes from within.
So let us begin.
Finding a comfortable position,
Sitting or laying down,
Ensuring that your spine is straight.
Drop into this present moment by taking three deep breaths in,
Filling your lungs and your belly,
And out.
In,
Taking the deepest breath you have taken all day.
And on this last breath,
When you're ready to let go,
Let your breath go out with a sigh.
Now begin shifting your awareness to your body and just notice how it feels.
Notice any areas of pain or strain and how your energy and how your emotions are feeling.
Just allow yourself to connect and observe what's happening within.
Now bring into your awareness the area of your heart and allow yourself to connect to your heart space.
Feel your heart beating,
Feel its warmth,
And take a couple breaths while focusing your awareness on this area,
Allowing yourself to connect and feel your heart.
From here,
Allow yourself to open up to love.
Allow yourself to feel the love that resides within you.
Love comes from within,
So let us now cultivate it.
Begin to visualize a loving white light surrounding you.
Feel this light embracing you,
Filling you up with warmth and acceptance.
Picture it expanding and radiating self-love,
Forming into a protective aura that will take you through your day.
This light that you now visualize surrounding you,
Enveloping you like a blanket,
Is representing the energy of love.
Place your hands over your heart and feel that connection.
Allow yourself to feel that warmth and allow it to spread through your being,
Filling you up entirely from your head to your toes,
Filling you up with warmth,
Light,
Kindness,
And love.
Feel your own love fill you up and breathe the love in.
And on the breath out,
Breathe the love out,
Letting it outpour into the world.
Breathe love in on the in-breath and breathe love out on the out-breath.
Continue breathing in this way,
Love in and love out for a couple moments.
We are now going to affirm your worthiness of love.
You are worthy of love and happiness.
So affirm it.
Say it.
I am worthy of love and happiness.
I am worthy of love and happiness.
You are enough just as you are.
Say it.
I am enough just as I am.
I am enough just as I am.
Allow yourself to experience love and joy every day.
Say it.
I allow myself to experience love and joy every day.
I allow myself to experience love and joy every day.
There is love within you and there is love all around you.
Say it.
There is love within me.
There is love all around me.
There is love within me.
There is love all around me.
You are love.
Say it.
I am love.
I am love.
Claim your love and your loving nature and take a deep breath and smile.
Thank yourself for taking the time for this practice and for cultivating self-love.
Know that your love comes from within and know that your love is always there for you,
Surrounding you,
Enveloping you with kindness and nurturance.
And so it is.
Rest in this space as long as you need to.
Resting in this energy of self-love.
And when you are ready,
Begin to come back,
Returning to your body,
To the room that you're in,
Until you are fully back in waking reality.
