With this meditation you will be able to centre your horizontal and vertical energy. What does this mean? I believe we have energy that vibrates in our body horizontally and vertically. When this energy is out of balance you could experience such things as anxiety, nausea, difficulty breathing and feeling out of control. By the end of the meditation you will know how to balance your horizontal and vertical energy and feel calm, reduce or eliminate nausea, breathe easily and feel balanced. Welcome to your Julie Lewin healing meditation to balance your energy.

With this meditation you'll be able to center your horizontal and vertical energy.

When this energy is out of balance you could experience anxiety,

Nausea,

Difficulty breathing and feeling out of control.

By the end of the meditation you'll know how to balance your horizontal and vertical energy and feel calm,

Reduce or eliminate nausea.

Breathe easily and feel balanced.

If you're in a crisis situation you may need to repeat this exercise frequently,

Even as often as every few minutes.

Let's begin.

I want you to be comfortable.

You can be sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through the base chakra,

Drawing it all the way up through your abdomen,

Stomach,

Lungs.

All the way up to the top of your shoulders.

Hold it.

Gently release through your mouth.

Way out.

So that there's no air left in your lungs.

No need to rush.

Just let it out gently.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep breath in through the base chakra,

Drawing it all the way up through your abdomen,

Stomach,

Lungs.

All the way up to the top of your shoulders.

Hold it.

And gently release through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension in your body.

That's it.

Let it all go.

All the way out.

Out.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep breath in through the base chakra,

Drawing it all the way up through your abdomen,

Stomach,

Lungs.

All the way up to the top of your shoulders.

Hold it.

And gently release through your mouth,

Letting go of any residual tension in your body.

That's it.

Let it all go.

All the way out.

Breathing normally now.

I want you to imagine,

Or if you can't visualize,

Feel that you are a seagull flying out over the ocean.

There's no land in sight.

All you can see or feel is the sky and the water.

Become conscious of the ocean.

What does the water look or feel like?

Is it rough?

Is it smooth?

Is it choppy?

That's right.

Just take a note of how the ocean looks or feels.

With your imagination,

I want you to visualize or feel that you are making the ocean as smooth as glass,

So that all you can see is the smooth blue ocean and the blue sky as you hover above the water.

That's it.

As smooth as glass sparkling in the sunlight.

Still breathing normally,

I want you to now imagine,

Or if you can't do this,

Feel a beautiful bed of gerberas.

Gerberas are beautiful flowers that have a long thin stem with a colored head with fine petals similar to a sunflower.

Take a note or feel how the gerberas are growing.

Are the stems straight and tall?

Or are some or all of them leaning over or broken?

Whatever they look or feel like,

I want you to use your creative mind to make all of the gerberas stand up straight and tall facing the midday sun.

Use whatever means you can to do this.

Now I want you to flick back to the ocean where you were before and make sure that your water is still as smooth as glass.

If it isn't,

Make it smooth again.

I want you to let that vision fade and become conscious of light.

You are now being absorbed into the brightest light you have ever experienced.

This is the divine source.

You have now balanced your horizontal and vertical energy and been embraced in the divine source.

When you are ready,

Come all the way back into the room and be present in your body all the way back.

To fully come back into your body,

You can move your hands and feet.

Please repeat this exercise regularly if the symptoms persist.
