Take a minute,

Wherever you are,

However you're positioned,

To just breathe.

A gentle inhale and exhale through the nose at whatever speed is comfortable to you in this moment.

Enjoy the flood of oxygen.

As your inhales bring your body broader,

Wider across the chest and your exhalations let everything go.

And now,

If you're able,

Stand where you are,

Grounding down between your two feet,

Maybe swaying from side to side as you enjoy the feeling of movement within your body.

You're completely free.

Allow your body to dictate how you move,

Whether you stand still or begin to stretch your arms up tall as if you yourself are a tree.

Beautiful,

Powerful,

Strong,

Wise,

Ever-present,

Yet ever-changing.

And continue to just key into your breath,

Whether you're finding more movement or stillness,

It is all okay.

And now,

Take a minute to acknowledge that you have everything you need within you.

You are smart,

You are resourceful,

You are resilient,

And just like that tree,

You are strong.

And that means so many incredible things,

It might mean that you don't need to go to someone else for help,

Or it could mean that you're strong enough to know that you can ask for it.

Sleep in this wonder for yourself and all that you are capable of,

And thank yourself for being such an incredible and wonderful presence.

You enrich so many lives in countless ways,

And whether you know it or not,

The world needs you.

Take a few more breaths,

Standing or moving as you are,

And then if you have room,

Take a comfortable seat and place your palms up as your hands sit gently on your knees,

Allowing for some stillness and breaths of compassion.

Thank you for being here today and for enriching us all with your presence.
