And see if there is any part of your body that needs relaxing.
There is always.
One or two muscle groups.
Part of your body,
Your toes,
Fingers,
Even your jaws could be in strain unnecessarily.
To see if you can identify that.
Relaxed state.
And allow your body to be in a neutral position.
And if you're sitting on a chair or cushion.
Or if you're lying down or reclining.
Just let go of your weight.
Let go of your weight on a cushion,
Chair or bed.
And become aware of your breath.
See how your breath is today.
And allow the breath.
To become more.
And more.
Calm.
Not necessarily deeper or longer,
But just calm.
And imagine that your breath is rising.
From the base of your spine.
Bye!
As you breathe in,
And it reaches to the top of your head.
To the crown chakra.
As you complete your breathing and as you breathe out The breath is coming out of you.
Crown chakra at the top of your head.
To the space around you.
Like fountains.
So breathe in from the base of your spine right to the top of your head.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine at the bread.
Peace!
Like a fountain falling out of the top of your head and filling up the room around you,
The space around you.
To continue to have this conscious breath for few more rounds.
As your mind and your body and your breath.
Becomes more and more imbued by your presence.
By The Presence.
The presence in which your body is known and felt.
The presence in which your breath is known and felt.
And the presence in which your mind is known.
It was not that the presence wasn't there.
Available wasn't here before we started this meditation.
But what we are.
Doing is we are bringing presence more and more in foreground.
As opposed to eating.
Remaining in background.
As you are more.
Interested in the content of your awareness.
So as you let go of that interest and become more at rest not looking for anything,
Not trying to control anything,
Not intrigued by anything.
And you see that the presence that was so-called in background.
Becomes your foreground.
So continue to breathe in and out naturally,
Normally.
Continue to remain in it.
Relaxed posture.
Continue to remain effortless.
And see how slowly Presence.
Becomes.
More evident.
And how it transitions.
From background to foreground.
Whatever that was occupying your mind,
Your body.
Is now taking Less space.
In comparison to your presence.
Presence becomes primary.
So continue to smile.
Continue to welcome.
This presence,
Continue to be.
Honor.
Love.
This presence.
With a smile on your face.
With a genuine smile on your face.
To greet this.
And as you smile at the presence,
Imagine that the presence is also smiling back at you.
And continue to smile.
Continue to marvel at this This sense of being,
This sense of knowing.
And see how this presence in your smile becomes one experience.
That a smile becomes the presence and the presence becomes the smile.
Effortlessly.
Without any imagination,
It becomes one.
Entity.
Allow your mind to stop creating any separation between and the presence.
The presence that we attributed being in background before your meditation was you.
Allowing space.
To all the objects.
That you were busy with.
And it is the same presence now.
Taking more space in your experience.
So your mind is allowing or rather subsiding.
In favour of presence.
And you're smiling.
When a presence is smiling back at you.
Lack of any sense of duality.
That the presence is different than your smile.
If you do not allow a thought or memory to create separation,
Can you land in this non-dual presence?
That as soon as a thought arises,
A concept arises.
And fictitious separation.
Comes back.
So be mindful from the get-go.
In today's meditation.
So that we do not continue to create.
Separation.
Between you and your experience,
Between the presence and all the experiences that you are having.
So effortlessly all experiences become part of your meditation.
So effortlessly no experience creates separation.
On Diwali Day.
Continue to smile.
And continue to occupy more space.
If there is any.
Limitation.
If there is any contraction,
So that you're remaining just rooted in your body.
That mental contraction,
That limitation to go to.
And occupy the space,
The space in your room.
And your presence.
Are identical.
Let go of any limitation.
Let go of any contraction.
And occupy more space.
More Smiling Space.
The space in your room.
And your presence,
Your awareness.
Share a lot of commonality.
While the space in your room is easy to comprehend.
Your presence.
Can't be comprehended.
Buy your mind.
But yet there are similarities.
Like Space.
Your presence.
Is always available.
Is always here.
Like the space in your room.
Never rejects or never pursues any experience.
It allows all the events to take place in your room.
Without any resistance.
In the same way.
Your presence,
Your awareness,
Allows all your experiences.
So become one.
With this space.
Let go of any sense of contraction,
Limitation.
Become free.
Free of the limitations of your body.
Free of the limitations.
Of your mind.
If you have any definition as to who you are.
As a relationship.
If you have given any tag to yourself,
Like a mother,
Daughter.
Father,
A lover.
Let go of those definitions for now.
And become freer.
Priya.
Of physical definition and free up.
Of mental definitions.
Completely let go of all the definitions of body and mind.
And just like this space.
Become.
Empty.
Accommodating.
Of everything.
But that's just.
.
.
By nothing.
The space of your room.
Is not defined by the four walls of your room.
The space will persist.
After 10,
20 or 100 years later when these walls will fall.
The space continues.
In the same way.
Your presence.
Continues.
It has not been perturbed.
Affected or stained by any of your experiences.
It is the same presence.
That you felt when you were five years old.
10 year old.
15 year old.
It is the same presence in which you are having this experience.
To become one space life.
Space Life.
MD.
Yet full.
Space like.
Present.
Don't sing.
Transparent.
Invisible.
Space-like,
Wide,
Open,
Yet seemingly empty.
Not holding on to anything.
Not pursuing anything.
And if this is not the definition of contentment.
.
.
Peacefulness.
Then what else is?
To identify yourself.
As deep.
Contentment.
Where there is nothing lacking.
And really you can't add anything to this presence.
And you can't remove anything from this presence.
Whatever that can be added or removed.
And not the essential.
Part.
Of this presence.
They are the objects that come and go.
From this presence.
Continue to smile.
Continue to fall in love with this presence.
And now I'd like you to make one important.
Yet very subtle jump.
Cognitively if you are calling this presence your presence.
Then there is duality.
That there is your presence and then there is a bigger presence.
There are no two.
Clearing your mind eyes Let that become clear.
That there is only one presence.
And it is not your personal presence.
It is the presence that we all share.
So continue to smile and let go of any mental concept you had about it being your personal space,
Your personal presence.
You are still hanging on to.
A fictitious identity.
A separate identity.
Let that go.
We do not need it right now.
For you to function.
So let go of any separateness,
Any Identification.
Any me mine.
And become free.
There is this sense of presence.
That when you had to call itself.
You had to call it as me.
Pride.
In order to make sense of your avatar.
In order to interact with the world.
You had to call it me or I.
Very intuitively you called it me or I.
Nobody talked to you.
It was your first knowledge.
But we will go even beyond that.
We will let go of this me and I.
This me and this I is a portal.
On the other side of this portal,
There is the whole world that you interact with.
That you introduce yourself as I.
I'm And then your sentence follows,
I am this or I am that.
And then the whole world and the whole life begins.
It's the other side of the portal.
But I like it to jump.
On this side of the border.
Where you let go.
Of your eye.
You let go of your me.
Because you're not interacting with the world outside.
You are abiding.
In the world beyond.
So let go of any sense of personal presence,
Personal eye.
You do not need it.
Send a smile and allow the presence to smile back at you.
It was waiting.
For you.
To come back home like this without any sense of Personal.
Identity.
Allow the presence to hug you,
To welcome you.
Completely.
On this side of the border.
On this side of the border.
There is no separateness.
You are one.
Everything.
That there is.
You yourself become their presence.
Beyond duality.
Ramana Maharshi calls this falling into the heart of yourself.
Deeper and deeper.
And Rumi calls it crawling.
Into the ever-widening.
Squirrel Girl of Sands.
Both are referring to the same.
Presence.
In which you are abiding.
Do not worry about the thoughts and narratives that may still be arising.
Until you have mind and body,
They will continue to arise.
The idea.
Is to not hook into them.
And they become free on their own accord.
Continue to fold.
Into the heart.
Of itself.
Continue to become this.
Open,
Wide,
Empty,
Spaciousness.
And in this preciousness.
Every experience is free.
As soon as it arises.
Instantaneously free.
It is free because you are not letting on to it.
And that's the nature.
Of non-dual experience.
That the experience is free.
As soon as it arises.
It's like a rising bubble.
From the bottom.
Of the bond.
Freeing itself.
No experience is hooked into.
And you have taken your stance as presence.
Presence experiencing itself.
Continue to smile.
Continue to abide.
As this presence.
And know.
That your entire body is soaked.
In this presence.
That each cell of your body.
Is responding to this presence.
Each contractions.
Emotional contractions,
Mental contractions.
Are affected by this presence,
Are loosened by this presence,
Are healed by this presence.
You do not need to do anything.
Accept.
Identify yourself as this presence.
And let the presence untangle.
Whatever.
Needs untangling.
Untangling in your body.
And untangling in your emotional body.
Your body.
And your emotions are like the furniture.
In your room.
Let this space take care of it.
Your furniture.
Let the presence take care of you.
Your body.
And your emotions.
In your mind.
Do not control anything.
Nothing can be controlled.
Do not interfere.
You can't really interfere.
It do not have to affect.
To be the presence.
Effort is like that bubble.
Rising from the bottom of the surface.
Bottom to the surface.
And self-liberating itself.
Effort cannot reach here.
It's only there.
Surrendered.
Abiding.
That you can do.
Which is again a non-action.
So allow your wisdom to recognize this presence.
Completely.
Without any filter.
In her love.
This presence.
To marinate your body.
And your emotions.
Do not try to guide it.
Do not try.
To cultivate it.
Do not try.
To give it a shape.
All of those efforts.
Unknowingly and humanly.
You are beyond them.
You have identified the futility.
Of those efforts.
You have become matured in our vineyard.
Seeking.
To let go of those childish Atoms of controlling.
That controls you.
Your entire life.
Select off any.
Sense of trying to guide this or control this or give it shape,
Size.
It is just mind trying to.
Rise up!
And trying to control.
It is like a wave in the ocean trying to.

Rise for a moment and call itself the ocean.
And before it finishes Its imagination,
It has to fall and become the ocean.
In the same way all your efforts.
Controls.
Are futile.
Let go and abide.
As Rumi says.
In ever-widening circle of Self.
Do not control anything.
Fall.
You are not being helpless.
Rather you're allowing the bigger power.
Today.
Over.
To continue to smile.
And know that a lot of time has passed.
And you have been marinating in this presence.
And those of you who are here are one in this presence.
Sharing the same presence.
Existing,
Affecting.
Each other.
In the same circle of presence.
So for those of you who need to.
Attend to something.
Are welcome too.
Welcome to open their eyes and welcome to Know that the presence continues.
But as soon as you open your eyes,
The whole world floods in.
Like the space in your room,
It allows a new event.
It gives space to new events.
