See how each inbred is nourishing your body.
Oxygen and other elements that you breathe in your body,
Nourishes your body.
How it's outbred.
Is relaxing your body.
Each inbred and outbred has this signature.
On your body.
Nourishing and relaxing.
Since last week.
Without you knowing,
It does its work.
So here in the rest of the meditation.
We are not really trying to figure out how things work,
How reality works,
How truth works.
Unfolds.
As we meditate.
But we experience it.
Without trying to analyze it.
Without trying this.
Without having this.
Urge to understand and control it.
We seamlessly become one.
With the reality.
And enjoy it as it is.
So continue to breathe in and out in Bhagavad Gita.
Miracle of breath that is taking place as we speak.
Nourishing relaxation.
And for next 5 breaths,
I'd like you to realize is true.
That prayer continuously.
Exchanges elements with your surroundings.
Part is.
Inside of you.
Gets outside of you.
What is so called outside of you becomes inside of you.
The molecules that you breathe in becomes your body.
In your body.
That was known as your body is now.
But part of it is outside of you as you breathe out.
A constant exchange of energy.
Elements between your body and environment.
You're annoying.
In the same way,
The food that we eat because outside of you comes your body.
To see how.
Even in conventional sense.
We are made of elements outside of us.
Me a wage.
We are made of elements.
That is.
Conventionally speaking.
Outside of us.
But there is always constant exchange.
To straight away realize.
That whatever sense of separateness you have,
Is actually fictitious.
It is the very.
Cause of all our psychological suffering.
Is separateness.
So you know that your breath is not separate from outside.
Your body is not separate from outside.
So now the third aspect of yourself.
Which is your awareness.
Your day.

Your consciousness.

Self,
And others.
That is truly worthy of being.

So this third aspect of yourself.
Finer aspect of yourself.
The most subtle aspect of yourself.

Has been here.
So become aware of your awareness.

Of the breath you are taking in your veins.
And become aware of the body that you feel,

The lens of your seeing,

Awareness is primary.

All of it.
Is only an appearance.
You're a witness.

All the phenomenon that we experience.
In what we call life.

Can be said for the Sanskrit word dhyana.

Knowing or awareness.

Towards an object.
So in order to know something,
Your attention has to rise from its source.
Towards an object.
By a cheat.
Oh wait.
I'm constantly doing this.
It went through.
Is listening that is taking place in you.
You are constantly knowing,
Attending my words.
Like a torch.
Dodge.
Emits the light towards an object and as soon as it touches that object,
That object is illuminating.
Start now.
Ask yourself a question.
Am I aware?
And see.
At the light of your attention.
Is falling.
On your own.
Self on the source of life.
Attention itself.
In order to find the answer.
The question is,
Am I aware?
Online a bit.
And see what happens right at the end of the question.
Your wisdom.
Drives you.
Your attention.
Odds.
On the source of itself.
With jeans.
Awareness.
Again,
Ask yourself a question,
Am I a man?
And see how attention sinks into the heart of itself.
So as you return home.
As you come back to being awareness.
Cultivate a Habit.
Of staying.
Abiding there is abundance.
This is the meaning of attention.
When you attend your own self,
That is your own awareness.
Awareness doesn't have to go anywhere.
To attend.
Itself.
So it doesn't have to go anywhere to attain itself.
It is also known as stillness or resting.
Effortlessness.
This is why in all wisdom traditions,
There is an emphasis on effortlessness.
During meditation.
Effort by definition is.
Moving away from being awareness.
Takes you away from the source of your events.
That is why the better word is to abide as awareness.
Become awareness.
Because there is no becoming.
There is no doing.
It is only abiding.
First smile.
And abide as awareness.
Whenever in the course of this meditation you find that you have some worth.
Moved away from me just the way it is.
Ask yourself this question.
Am I awake?
And see how beautifully your wisdom Sinks.
Into the source of itself.
And see if you can beautifully abide there.
Some of you where they will sleep tonight.
This is exactly what happens as you fall asleep.
You beautifully return to your home.
The moment you fall asleep.
Attention stops going outward.
Sings.
Into the source of itself.
It slips.
But then awareness doesn't sleep.
Awareness.
Remains in itself as itself.
Without any object.
Hence there is no object in your sleep.
There is no memory.
I'll stay.
Duration of your sleep.
So it is not that awareness is not present in your deep sleep.
It is that the objects are not present.
Your deep sleep.
It happens every night.
Is sleep.
Your most rejuvenating sleep.
And during this meditation.
You will also experience.
Periods.
Of peace.
Periods of this sleep sleep.
Which is the reason why you would not know.
How much time has elapsed.
Because you become.
Timeless.
You become what you are.
Has always been timeless.
Just smile.
Smile and know that during this meditation so to speak.
All we are doing is resting.
A new arm.
Your wisdom.

You start being detached.
From the fictitious value.
Of your mental activities.
Fictitious values of your mental activities.
Because it is us who are signed.
Value.
To these codes.
To these states.
Of mental.
Activities.
Whereas in essence they are nothing but modulation of your own awareness.
See it clearly.
See you that day!
The sky of your mind is never outside.
The sky of your own events.
So all your mental activities are displayed.
Occurring on the screen of our index.
Awareness is never harmed.
Right?
Your Ascension.
Self.
Is never perturbed.
Garnish.
Or aggrandized.
By it.
Can't take anything away from our beds.
Neither you can add anything to awareness.
It's a comeback.
To that self.
That you have always been.
Has been taking care.

The self that is your real Guru.
That sucks.
That self looks at your separate self.
Your identity.
Your neighbors.
Like its children.
It is accommodating,
It allows them to appear,
Disappear,

Like mother,

Giving space.

Mother doesn't take child's play seriously.
Looks at them lovingly,
Allows the space for them.
But do not take your child's place.
Very seriously.
Do not assign a lot of value.
To the good thoughts you have.
Let alone the bad hopes you have.
They're just impermanent.
Modulation of awareness.
They are like the waves.
In our ship.
Aid of water.
Later portion itself.
Their rise and their fall become the ocean itself.
Just smile.
See How Your Awareness is displaying,
Holding,
Knowing.
Your body.
Of bread.
And all the mental activities.
All the words and sounds are effortlessly known by this awareness.
Giving you.
A direct portal.
Experience show.
Evidence.
You're a badness.
Presence in action.
At least.
See how these words are known but felt.
Confirming truth.
Reality.
As they listen.
As they are known,
As they are understood.
Without effort.
It is very phenomenal.
Peace.
The first and direct test of reality.
For some of you who may not have heard.

The definition of reality.
For all the scriptures.
There are three.
Essential aspects of reality.
Only that is worthy.
Of being called reality.
Patties.
Always present.
Reality can never be not present.
Because in essence there can be nothing other than reality.
To be always present.
Always.
Seems to refer to time.
And everywhere seems to refer to space.
So in space and in time.
And beyond it.
Reality has to exist.
Reality.
Truth.
Is to know itself.
By itself.
Reality doesn't need anybody's aid.
Oh it sucks.
Sir.
By definition.
Realities present.
This experience that you are having.
Because if that is the reality,
How can this experience be outside of it?
So smile,
Be at ease.
And know.
That you are.
You have been always included in reality.
Is very experienced.
As all the signature of reality.
You are knowing this experience because of reality.
And you want this experience because of VR.
How intimate you are.
With this reality.
Have no doubt.
You're not allowed.
Any doubting folks to doubt this direct experience you are having right now.

That anything is outside of reality.
People give different names to reality.

God.
God has various names and various cultures.

So there is no separate structure.
That you call yourself.
Is only one structure.
Only one screen.
Appearing in diversities and multiplicities of worlds.
Objects on screen.

And the reality is the one that listens to these words.
Understands it.
Instantaneously.
And knows itself by itself.
Is ever-present.
In time.
Beyond Time.
In space and beyond space.
