Welcome,
My name is Maya and today I'm gonna guide you in a microcosmic orbit meditation.
This meditation is an excellent practice to help you let go of stress,
Recharge yourself with vital energy,
Experience a deep sense of synergy with the universe's energy to gain greater mental clarity and strengthening your connection to your higher truth.
This meditation can be a great choice for whenever you want to reconnect with your path and reaffirm your life's purpose.
So when you're ready,
I invite you to sit in a comfortable position and allow your body to relax.
Make sure that your feet are grounded,
Your seat bones are grounded to the floor and you sit upright with your head towards the sky.
Bring your attention to your spine,
In the crowd of your head.
Just allow yourself to be aware of the sensation that you feel in your body as you breathe.
On your inhale,
Imagine yourself breathing in the energies from your lower abdomen where it moves up your spine to the crown of your head.
On your exhale,
Bring the energy from the crown of your head down the front of your body and it returns to your lower abdomen.
As you breathe,
Pay attention to the movement of energy and the sensations you feel.
Try to each breath lengthening your inhale and your exhale.
At first,
The sensations in your body may feel subtle.
However,
Once you focus on your breath and be present in this moment,
While imagining the energy flowing up your spine and down the front of your body,
You will start to feel a strong sensation flowing through your microcosmic orbit.
You can breathe at your own pace.
If your mind starts to wander,
Just notice that it's happening and then return your focus to the energy in your breath.
You might start to feel the sensation building through your body as you become charged with universal energies.
You will also notice that your mind and body falls into a calm yet energized state and that all stress subsides.
This releasing of stress and cultivating of energy is your body's own natural response to finding harmony with the nature of the universe.
As you take a deep breath in,
Feel yourself becoming nourished with the flow of prana moving up your spine before pouring into your brain like a wave of healing energy.
As you exhale,
Imagine that energy flowing down the front of your body until it gathers in your lower abdomen.
Take a few more deep breathings and out.
Keep feeling the energy,
This universal energy energizing,
Balancing all your body.
In your next exhale,
You can bring the energy to your lower abdomen.
You can place your hands over the part of your body and center the energy that you take with you into the rest of your day.
You can start to bring your conscience back to this present moment.
Move your body slow and slow,
Waking up each beat of yourself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
You can open your eyes and enjoy the sensation that I just created for you.
