This meditation has the intention to activate,
Balance and align the energy of our seven chakras in the body.
This vortex of energy affects our consciousness,
The subtle bodies and physical body.
With this practice,
We want to bring mental,
Emotional,
Physical and spiritual balance and create harmony with our environment.
Please find a comfortable sitting position,
Make sure that you are able to sit up straight and tall and that your sitting bones are grounded.
You always can sit in a chair or can have your back to the wall.
I invite you to close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Breathe deeply into your body so that you can let go of your day,
Connect to your heart and feel this present moment.

We will be chanting three times each vijja mantra associated with a particular chakra.
Bring your attention to your muladhara,
The root chakra.
We will chant the mantra lamb three times and you can visualize the color red.
Take a deep breath in and out.
In your next exhale,
We are going to chant the mantra lamb.

Vem Vem Vem Vem Vem Now bring your attention to your Manipura,
The solar plexus chakra.
We will be chanting the mantra RAM three times and you can visualize the color yellow.
RAM RAM RAM Now bring your attention to your Anahata,
The heart chakra.
We will be chanting the mantra YAM three times and you can visualize the color green or pink.
YAM YAM YAM YAM Now bring your attention to your Vishuddha,
The throat chakra.
We will be chanting the mantra HAM three times and you can visualize the color blue.
HAM Now bring your attention to your Ajna chakra,
The third eye.
We will be chanting the mantra OM three times and you can visualize the color indigo.
OM OM OM Now take a deep breath in and out.
Now bring your attention to your crown,
The saasara chakra.
Feel your energy rising up and out of the crown,
Reaching upwards beyond and beyond.
Now stay here in silence for a few rounds of breath.
OM OM OM Now ground your energy down through your hips and your feet.
Now bring your light,
Taking over of all your body.
Feel this light coming from the sky through all your chakras and grounding you deep with Mother Gaia.
OM And when you are ready,
Start to bring your energy,
Your consciousness to your heart.
Start to feel your heartbeats,
Give subtle movements to your body.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And be grateful for all the energy that we just received.
