My name is Maya and today I will guide you through the Ho'oponopono meditation.
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian healing system.
It's a prayer and a proxy for forgiveness.
It's a powerful mantra for giving you a clean slate.
By using this potent forgiveness and releasing process,
One is able to clear mind of subcautious blocks so that destiny and desire can take over and help you get what you truly want from life.
The intention of this proxy is clears out unconscious accepted beliefs,
Thoughts and memories that you don't even know are holding you back.
It also brings peace of mind.
Hope means to make bono right to others and bono right to oneself.
The mantra of four affirmations that we will change in today are,
I am sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I love you.
Saying sorry and admitting responsibility is the first part of the healing.
I am responsible for anything that has ever happened to me or anything wrong that I've witnessed.
Say,
Please forgive me,
It's a form of asking an apology from the universe.
It doesn't matter that you have wronged or not,
It's a cleansing method that removes negativity.
Saying thank you means gratitude towards the universe.
Gratitude is a powerful emotion and can bring in the fresh air of positivity.
Say I love you to yourself,
To God,
To your body,
To your surroundings.
Love is a powerful emotion.
With love comes layers of warmth and security.
Giving love is a caring and affectionate emotion that accelerates our healing process.
So I invite you to find a comfortable sitting position.
Strengthen and elongate your spine.
Line your head with your spine,
Tilt your chin slightly down and loosen your jaw.
From this place begin taking deep breaths,
Counting to four on your inhale,
Sending the breath deep into your lungs and belly and exhaling to four counts,
Releasing the breath.
You are releasing everything that is thus and serves you.
You are sending prana into your blood cells and with each exhale you are releasing everything that is thus and serves you.
In your next exhale release and if you want you can make a personal intention for the healing or just let the energy work through you and your field.
Take a deep breath in and you begin chanting the mantra.
