Welcome to this meditation.
Take a moment to get comfortable.
Shaking your body out,
Rolling your neck out.
Squeeze and release your muscles.
Take a few deep breaths as you intentionally release any tension or energy stagnant from your day.
This time is for you and you deserve to be fully present in your body.
Continue to breathe deeply as you receive this message.
Carefully orchestrated just for you.
Why believe?
How do I believe?
Everything that we believe is a choice.
You see,
We can believe in the suffering.
We can believe that we don't belong here.
We can believe in the illusion of separation.
You can choose to believe that you're not smart enough,
Not experienced enough,
Not lucky enough,
Not innocent enough,
Not responsible,
Not financially stable,
Not important,
Not loved enough.
Or we can believe in something bigger than ourselves.
If we choose to trust in a divine plan or a divine meaning,
Maybe a meaning that we can't fully understand as humans.
But if we choose to trust that,
We can start to make decisions with confidence.
We're paralyzed in deciding because we think that if we make the wrong decision,
It will ruin the outcome.
It'll ruin our destiny.
Oh,
But love,
You don't have control like that.
And what would you want it for?
To protect yourself.
Wouldn't you rather mess up and feel so confident that there is always another way?
Another lesson,
A reason for it that you will and can find.
You have access to infinite knowledge.
Or would you rather live in fear and anxiety,
Pressure and always questioning yourself?
We question ourselves because we're flawed.
We are motivated by ego and humanness.
But if there's something within us,
Smarter,
Wiser,
Holier,
Clearer and more powerful than me,
I don't need to question its intentions.
And that doesn't make me unworthy.
It makes me greater because God is within each and every one of us.
God is not separate from you.
If you don't believe,
The only other option is to believe in our humanness,
Which is flawed.
To believe in suffering.
It's all a choice.
Remember when you believed in Santa Claus?
Wasn't it more fun than,
Sure,
But Santa isn't real.
So what?
When you found out,
Did you feel lied to,
Duped,
Naive?
You believed and magic occurred.
You believed and magic occurred.
The same is available for you now.
You may have some questions for God that you thought you weren't allowed to ask.
No question is too big.
Nothing is too bad.
Take a deep breath.
And I want you to listen to this song with an open heart.
Knowing that your higher self,
God,
Spirit,
The universe,
Is welcoming you home with open arms,
No matter how far you've drifted,
How long you've been away.
You're safe and you're seen.
And you are so,
So loved.
Know you are loved.
Rest in peace.
Dream your sweet dreams.
Till your soul is released.
Know you are loved.
Rest in peace.
Dream your sweet dreams.
Till your soul is released.
Beloved child,

Be strong,
Be kind,
Be brave.
