Beginning by taking a few deep breaths to connect to the body,
Connect to yourself,
Letting go of everything that came before and whatever may happen after.
Letting yourself arrive,
Imagining that the earth is coming up to meet our roots,
Allowing earth energy just to wash over us,
Giving us this medicine of safety,
Of release.
Being with our breaths,
Being with ourselves,
You are exactly where you are meant to be,
I will now guide us into meeting our wise inner self.
So first,
Let's see if we can locate an area that is a problem for us.
What in our life is causing us stress,
Worry,
Or fear?
Notice if you can feel this in your body and locate where.
Notice if you can qualify,
Give this some sort of size,
Color,
Is it big or small?
Where is it in your body?
Now,
Allowing the earth to give that area of our life,
This problem area,
Some nourishment.
Maybe it wants to help us release some of it.
Maybe it just wants us to feel grounded,
That we are safe,
Everything is going to be okay.
As we connect to this safety and knowing,
We begin to feel that there is a wise self within us.
It has the answers,
Even though it does not need the answers,
Because it is so inner trusting.
So begin to connect to that part of us,
That part of you,
That wise inner part.
Imagine that you can take this problem and you're offering it.
You can offer it on a platter,
However you'd like to offer it,
And you're giving it to this wise inner part.
This wise inner part is so happy to help.
This wise part beams.
It wants you to know that everything is working out for you,
Not to worry.
Maybe it begins to offer you guidance.
Begin to notice if you feel any sensations,
If you see or hear anything.
Just be present to what you're feeling and what you're experiencing right now.
Breathe in and out,
Allowing your breath to circulate between you and your wise self.
As you breathe in,
The wise inner part of you also breathes in.
As you breathe out,
Your wise inner part breathes out.
You are one.
Take some space for yourself here.
Take some space for your wise part to speak to you through feelings,
Sensations,
Visuals.
Begin to call yourself back to your body,
Back to yourself.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Connecting to your breath.
Notice how you're feeling in your body.
Notice your feet on the ground.
What is it like to be in your body right now?
Begin to gently open your eyes when you're ready.
