Gently close your eyes and begin to bring attention to your breath.

Notice your belly rise and fall gently with each inhale and exhale.

Imagine that you are bringing peace in with every inhale and letting out worries with every exhale.

Notice how it feels to bring awareness into your body.

Allow yourself to become one with this present moment.

Allow your breath to lengthen.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Notice if you can surrender into this present moment and feel yourself connect more deeply.

Repeat these affirmations to yourself silently or you may just wish to listen.

I am a human being,

Not a human doing.

I welcome life and trust my journey.

I relax and allow life to guide me.

I do not chase,

I attract.

Once again,

I am a human being,

Not a human doing.

I welcome life and trust my journey.

I relax and allow life to guide me.

I do not chase,

I attract.

Allow these words to bring up feelings of peace and calm into your body.

Allow these truths to resonate,

Knowing that you are not supposed to be putting pressure on yourself to do all the time.

Continue to breathe softly and gently.

Allowing this to be an opportunity not to control anything,

Including your breath.

Including your breath.

Letting your breath rise and fall.

Inhale and exhale naturally.

As though your body is breathing itself.

Notice any thoughts,

Feelings or sensations that organically come up.

Be witness to any thoughts,

Feelings or sensations without becoming it.

Continue surrendering to this present moment.

Take all the time that you need here.

However,

If you wish,

You may begin to open your eyes.
