Welcome.
For this guided meditation,
I invite you to find a safe,
Comfortable,
Distraction-free space where you can be present for the next few moments together and allow yourself to arrive here fully,
Settling into stillness,
Space around you,
And giving yourself permission to simply be here.
Taking a few purposeful breaths,
Inhale,
And a gentle exhale,
So tuning to the breath and the exhale,
Finding a breath that feels appropriate and natural for you in this moment,
Allowing yourself to settle into the natural rhythm of our miraculous and precious breath.
Welcome.
During this practice,
Bring to mind an area of your life where you may not be feeling like you're adequate or enough or just getting to that end result that you desire.
This could be any area of life,
It could be in finances or career,
It could be in romantic relationship,
It could be in familial relationship,
Platonic,
It could be in health and fitness,
Mindset,
Knowledge or growth,
It could be in the spiritual aspect of life,
And whatever it is for this practice,
I invite you to choose one area that may be creating some discomfort for you in this time and space.
Allow yourself to notice that,
And then coming back to the natural rhythm of your powerful breath,
Settling in,
And bringing to your mind's eye a time and experience when the opposite was true,
When you were feeling or when you were seeing yourself being capable,
Adequate,
Feeling accomplished,
Feeling like things were working in your favor.
A time when maybe it was simple or fun or even if it wasn't easy,
It was feeling aligned,
Maybe felt like growth and progress,
And bring that to mind,
What was working,
And simply noticing this and finding evidence for your feeling adequacy,
Worthiness,
What are those traits that you were exhibiting in that time or experiencing in that time,
Those characteristics of you that allow you to be capable,
Resourceful,
Insightful,
Finding solutions,
Just breathing into that experience,
Bringing it to mind,
What all of the pieces that you remember,
What you could see,
What you could hear,
All of the sensations that connect with that for you,
With that memory,
Maybe something tactile,
And bringing in all those sensations,
What was that like for you,
Noticing all the evidence of your abilities,
Who you are,
Who you were,
How you were showing up,
Basking in that energy that's being created for you in your body right now,
Those vibrations,
Notice where they are,
What you feel,
Grounding into the natural rhythm of your breath.
And if a certain space,
A certain area of your physical being is really vibrating the loudest,
Just listening to it,
What would that part of your body be saying,
Just listening to the wisdom within,
Bringing to mind in that same area of life,
What it is that you wish to be creating now,
Is it that you really want for yourself in that same area now,
Taking a powerful,
Purposeful breath in.
And on the exhale,
Creating that reality for yourself and your mind's eye.
Put in all the pieces,
All of the sensations of what that would feel like,
Look like,
Be like,
For you to create that now.
And not to worry about the exact to dos or the hows,
Simply being in the completion.
Allowing yourself to be in those vibrations,
Noticing what that's creating for you now.
What are you feeling?
What are you seeing?
Who's around you?
How might you celebrate?
What might you be hearing or experiencing?
And how are those characteristics,
Those traits of you present?
Worthiness?
Resourcefulness?
How are you showing up here?
Capable?
Powerful?
Solution oriented?
Sensational?
Complete?
Whole?
Healthy?
Worthy?
Resourceful?
Imaginative?
Marvelous?
Accomplished?
Refined?
It's done.
You created it.
Now,
Noticing what that creates within you.
What vibrations are present?
And if anything is standing out in particular within your physical body,
What might that part of you be saying?
Bringing this all to your mind's eye.
Feeling it throughout.
Breathing in,
Settling in to all the sensations,
Stillness,
Space around you and within you.
Allowing yourself to be in this fully for as long as you'd like.
