Welcome to this practice of celebrating in advance.
This concept of celebrating in advance.
And today,
We practice.
We often set goals and resolutions for a Monday,
For the new month,
For the new week,
The new year.
And yet,
It is so powerful to remember that we can begin again in any moment.
Your position of power is always in the present moment.
The present is our greatest gift.
And so you can begin again,
Right now.
Let us arrive here fully and lovingly with an intention to create something unique to you and your evolution right now.
When we set our mind on a goal,
Or an achievement,
It also can sometimes become this their point.
Like I must get there.
And then I can take a moment to fill in the blank for you.
When I do this,
I will be able to have or when I have this,
And I will be able to sound familiar.
And what's fascinating is when we get to the there,
We so quickly move on to the next.
And recognizing this as a human tendency,
Without judgment,
Or criticism,
Simply becoming aware of this truth and spending time now dedicated to celebration,
To appreciation,
And the completion of and creation of what is what it is that we desire.
And what is it that we desire from this goal?
What is that for you?
What is your their point?
It could be today,
A week from now,
A month,
A year.
In today's practice,
We will lovingly and compassionately think about your intended outcome from a place of it being done as if it's already yours.
Because it is.
And so I invite you to warm up to this idea with me.
And we will celebrate in the celebration,
We begin to generate more of that,
Which we do,
In fact,
Want to create.
So I invite you now to settle into practice in a way that feels appropriate and comfortable for you in this very moment.
Allow your eyelids to rest,
If it feels appropriate for you right now,
If it feels good and aligned and soften into,
Sink into the space around you.
And your mind may wish to wander.
And that is absolutely acceptable.
In fact,
It's evidence that your,
Your brain and your mind is functioning at optimum.
So remind yourself and your body that you are safe,
And you are here now.
You can rest assured,
It will be taken care of.
Everything that's important,
You'll get to it.
Give yourself permission to simply be here now.
Beginning to observe your breath.
Take a few purposeful and relaxing breaths.
Serving the oxygen on the inhale.
Now it sweeps through the nostrils,
Where it lands in your body.
The gentle surrender of the chest on the exhale.
Arriving here,
Sinking further in to the space around you with each breath.
Begin to bring to mind a goal,
An intention you have set for yourself.
Maybe it's something already in progress.
Something you wish to create for yourself in the future.
Could be a desire,
A dream,
An ideal.
Maybe something you've put on your vision board,
Or in your creation box.
Allow yourself to bring that into your mind's eye,
Whatever it may be.
Be personal,
Professional.
Maybe it's something you've been looking to acquire for a long time.
Maybe it's a change.
Maybe it's a decision.
Whatever it is for you,
Bring it to mind.
And put in all the details as if it's already done.
You're there.
You've come to the intention,
You've created the outcome.
And what does that look like for you?
What would you see?
What would you hear?
There be anything you could touch or taste.
Really allow yourself to create a sensory experience.
The more detail the better.
And also,
Don't get too caught up in the how's or the exact details of what it looks like.
If that is creating resistance for you,
Simply let it go.
And go to what it would feel like for you to be in the completion,
Whatever it is.
What would you feel?
Maybe it's joy,
Happiness,
Peace.
Would it be a sense of relief,
Accomplishment,
Fulfillment?
What would it create for you?
Connection,
Love.
Give yourself time to create this now.
And have fun with it.
It's for you.
And it's between you and you.
What would that look like for you?
What impact might it have?
Where do you feel this scanning through the body?
Does this emotion create something special inside of you?
And where is it?
Is it a tingling?
A warmth?
A softening?
Put in all the pieces that feel aligned.
Inviting.
Taste,
Touch,
Feel.
Allow yourself to bask in the experience of being there.
Now.
Here.
And what would it feel like for you to celebrate this?
How can we celebrate it for you right now?
Allow me to join you in the celebration.
In the completion.
The accomplishment.
The shift.
And if this is a little challenging,
Know that that's perfectly normal.
And we often are so quick to celebrate others.
And yet forget ourselves.
And so if it's helpful for you,
Just imagine sharing in celebration with someone that you love.
What would that feel like for you?
Generating that feeling of celebrating with another.
Notice what that creates within you.
Maybe even bring to mind an experience of celebrating with a loved one.
Now redirect that toward you.
Between you and you.
Befriending yourself,
Your mind,
Your body.
Allowing those emotions,
Those vibrations,
That feeling of celebration.
What's it like for you?
Is it tingly?
Is it hopeful?
Or is it something completely different?
Whatever it is,
Be in the celebration.
And allow that to expand through your body.
Feeling it a little bit more.
As you're warming up to this idea of being in the completion,
In the outcome,
The accomplishment,
Like it's done.
Creating even more belief for yourself.
How might you show up as that version of you right now?
What small shifts would be possible for you today?
Who have you become in this process of making it happen?
And how will you celebrate?
And feel into all of that even more.
Releasing the vision back out into the universe.
With the knowing that you have the capacity within you to create,
Create it.
We are expansive beings in an ever expansive universe.
And it is your birthright to accept and allow and enjoy the expansion.
Let us celebrate that now.
