Welcome.
Welcome to this Calling in the One Guided Meditation.
I am so glad you are here.
This is for you,
My single beauties,
My sisters,
Who have experienced or are experiencing heartbreak,
Pain,
And maybe in that transition time between relationship,
Where our brain goes to our most recent thoughts and events because it's what we have been practicing.
And it knows what we already have seen or experienced or know.
And so we continue to think about it.
These thoughts continue to represent those memories.
And we know,
Even though this keeps happening in the depths of our being,
That this is no longer where we wish to be.
We know,
Or we really want to know,
That more is available for us.
And wouldn't it be nice to really truly believe that?
And you may not be quite in that belief yet.
And that's okay.
I see you.
And I love you.
I know the pain of that ache of the loneliness.
And I invite you to begin to warm up to the idea that there is more for you.
Love is available for you in all different ways.
And romantic love is possible for you too.
We will begin now to call in more of what you do want.
Love,
Connection,
Warmth,
And whatever else that it is that your heart may desire.
Let us create this together now.
This is the exact meditation that I use to call in my heart's requests.
And I lovingly share it with you.
We will now begin to tap into the powerful capabilities of your mind and body and begin to practice something new.
Give yourself permission to find a comfortable position that you can maintain for a few minutes and beginning to attune to your breath.
Tuning into your breath and going inward.
Let us begin by appreciating this very moment and yourself for being here.
If it's comfortable for you,
Placing a hand on your heart center as you arrive here fully in this moment.
And attuning to the natural,
Gentle rhythm of your breath.
Feeling the warmth of your own healing hand and allowing the air to gently enter in through the nostrils and observing the release,
The surrender of the chest on the exhale.
Taking a nice,
Purposeful inhale and noticing the rise of the chest,
Connection to your hands,
And the smooth surrender on the exhale.
And again,
Taking a nice,
Purposeful inhale.
And on the exhale,
Sinking into the stillness,
Sinking into this present moment.
Taking another nice breath and gently saying to yourself in your mind or aloud,
I love you and I am here with you.
I love you and I am listening.
I love you and I am open and receptive to a new way.
And gently releasing your hand to a place that feels most appropriate for you and supportive,
Allowing your breath to find its natural rhythm.
Checking in with the body,
Releasing any tension,
Maybe a clenching of the jaw,
Allowing the lower teeth to move away from the top teeth.
Noticing,
Releasing any scrunching that may be present in your face or forehead.
Just allowing your shoulders to shift down and away from your ears.
Breathing in and exhaling,
Settling further into your seat,
Trusting the space around you to encompass you like a warm and supportive blanket.
And bringing to mind a location,
A place that you thoroughly enjoy.
Maybe anywhere,
Somewhere far away,
Somewhere very near.
In your mind's eye,
Bring yourself there,
A place where you feel free and light and at ease.
And sinking further into the space around you,
Into the stillness,
Bring yourself into that space.
And put in all the pieces.
What might you see?
What is it that you can hear?
Is there anything that you can touch?
Or taste?
And allow yourself to feel that even more.
Breathing in all of the sensations.
Putting in all the details.
Allowing it to surround you.
Now from this space,
Bring to mind the presence of a romantic partner,
Your ideal person.
Bring that person into your vision,
Into your mind's eye,
Into this space with you.
They are there with you.
And you need not see what they look like exactly.
Invite in more specifically the presence,
Their presence.
What does that feel like for you?
For them to be there for you?
What is it that you're feeling now?
Creating your most ideal image and experience for you.
This is between you and you.
Only you and solely you.
This is between you and you.
Only you.
And so give yourself that freedom.
Allow yourself the courage to feel what is your ideal.
Creating this for yourself in whatever way feels appropriate and comfortable.
And even more than appropriate,
Exciting or connected.
Notice the sense of love.
Connectedness.
Warmth.
Peace.
Hope.
Happiness.
What is it for you?
What is it that you'd like to feel?
What would your heart like to feel?
And how might you connect with that?
And how might you create this image in your mind in a way that allows you to feel it?
What would you hear?
What would you see?
What would you taste?
Touch?
Smell?
In this space?
With your person?
Put in all the details.
Allowing yourself to breathe in and feel that even more.
Settling in.
Allowing.
Inviting.
Creating.
Putting in all the details and allowing those feelings to permeate throughout your body with each breath,
Allowing them to spread through even further.
And if you'd like,
Placing your hand in your heart's center.
Feeling those feelings,
Those powerful reviving and rejuvenating.
Emotions.
Allowing them to spread throughout.
And placing your hand in your heart center,
Noticing your hand there.
Bringing those feelings to mind even more.
And allowing yourself to make the connection.
Putting in all the pieces.
And storing these vibrations,
These feelings in this special place in your heart center.
Knowing you can bring them to mind whenever you'd like.
Breathing in to this space and on the exhale.
Stay here as long as you'd like.
And come back here as often as you'd like.
Be well.
