Welcome.
I invite you to settle in to the space around you as we begin to practice creating more of that which we do want to experience.
More of those sensations and feelings of what we would like and what we are creating.
And so I invite you to allow your eyelids to rest and gently settle in to the stillness,
Sinking further in to the space around you.
Beginning to go inward,
Noticing the gentle and beautiful and powerful flow of your breath,
Allowing yourself to find the natural rhythm of your breath.
Noticing the oxygen as it softly sweeps through the nostrils and following it to wherever it lands within you.
Observing the breath,
Observing the gentle surrender of the chest on the exhale.
Inviting you to lovingly arrive here fully and noticing if any thoughts or sounds are distracting,
Just allowing yourself to observe,
Acknowledge and release and bring yourself back to the stillness,
The safety and the support of the space around you,
Sinking further in to this present moment.
And in your mind's eye,
In your imagination,
Beginning to bring to mind something that you really would like to create for yourself.
It could be an experience,
An intention that you've had,
Something on your list of accomplishments or goals in any area of your life.
Just think of one thing that you'd really like to have complete.
What is it,
That one thing?
And when you think of this,
Just bring it to mind with love and any other thoughts that present around it.
Observe them,
Honor and allow those thoughts to also release.
How you'll get there,
When it will happen,
All of the ideas around how it should happen.
Just noticing that and allowing it to float away,
Knowing that that you can come back to.
We'll get back to all of that.
We'll work that all out.
But right now I encourage you and I invite you to simply be in the completion.
Bring this to mind,
Create this in your mind's eye.
If at any point it's helpful for you,
Just coming back to the breath,
Settling into the space around you,
Releasing anything else that arises and simply giving yourself permission to be in the completion.
It's done.
You're there.
You have arrived.
And what does that feel like for you?
What shifts for you?
What can you see in this moment?
Who's around you?
What is around you?
What do you hear?
What can you feel?
What can you taste?
Put in all the details of all the sensations.
Allowing yourself to absorb and enjoy and bask in the completion.
How would you celebrate?
Who would you have around you?
Imagine yourself sharing this with others.
Imagine sharing in the completion,
In the excitement,
In the celebration.
Is it joy?
Are you feeling connected?
Breathing that in and allowing that feeling,
Those feelings to move throughout your body.
Allowing that to spread throughout the sensations,
Moving from the tips of your fingers,
All the way in through the body,
The tips of the toes,
Up through the neck and head and crown and just imagining a glow,
A yellow,
Bright illumination,
Just lighting up throughout you like holiday lights and decorations.
Breathing into that fully and allowing yourself to feel it,
To be in it.
Notice what changes within you.
See what's around you.
Allow this to move through the body,
Illuminating,
Brightening and filling yourself with this warm,
Bright glow of completion.
Allow yourself to stay here as long as you'd like.
