Find a quiet space to pause,

Sit or lie down,

Letting your body soften.

Place one hand on your heart,

The other on your belly.

Feel your warmth,

Your steady,

Faithful love.

With each breath in,

Invite self-love.

And with each breath out,

Release self-judgment.

Now allow this Valentine's prayer to wash over you.

Universe,

I choose to love myself fully,

Here and now.

I let go of old stories that dim my light.

I release comparison that pulls me from my truth.

I welcome compassion,

Gentle,

Honest,

And kind.

I give myself full permission to be human,

To feel,

To heal,

To grow.

I honor my needs and protect my peace.

I remember that I am worthy of care,

Joy,

And devotion.

I receive my own love as medicine,

And I let it guide my day.

As I breathe in,

I welcome the unconditional love that I have for myself.

As I breathe out,

I spread that unconditional love into the world.

I am whole.

I am enough.

I am loved.

And so it is.
