Hi,

My name is Mary Ann Stancil with Ignited Soul.

This is your grounding breath meditation.

During this meditation,

You can be sitting or lying.

It's whatever most soothes your soul tonight.

Starting to take a nice deep breath in through your nose.

Open mouth,

Exhale.

In whatever position you are in,

Start to wiggle the muscles in your feet.

Drawing in movement to your legs.

Using your breath,

Imagine your energy in your legs starting to circulate.

Creating vibration to break up energy that has been stagnant.

Allowing the flow of your breath and the movement to take shape in your hips,

Your chest.

Imagining the energies flowing.

Adding some movement into your arms and your head.

Continuing to focus on your breath.

Inhale and exhale.

On your next breath,

Come to a stillness.

Gently close your eyes here if they're not already closed or gaze downward.

Whichever resonates with you,

Listen to your heart's desire.

Your hands can be face downward to help you ground even further or face upward to draw in the energies of the heavens more into you.

Know that whichever time you listen to this meditation,

It will help you to feel grounded,

Help you to feel at peace.

Breathe in through your nose.

Open mouth,

Exhale.

Letting out a nice audible sound.

On your next breath,

Imagine roots starting to grow at the bottoms of your feet.

These roots can be whatever color most resonates with you to bring you peace,

To bring you comfort and calmness.

As these roots grow and dig into the bottoms of the earth with every breath you take,

Your roots dig deeper past the dirt,

The gravel,

The space below.

As it hits Mother Earth's core,

You start to feel the sensations of love,

Support and comfort.

Your roots wrap around Mother Earth's core and you feel her gentle hug back to you.

As you intertwine with Mother Earth's energy,

You feel her love starting to trickle up your roots,

Up through the ground that your roots dig down deep in,

Up to the bottoms of your feet.

With every breath you take,

Her energy starts to rise up through your legs,

Allowing you to release whatever doesn't serve you at this time.

Her energy starts to come up to your hips,

Your stomach,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

And you begin to release even more down to Mother Earth.

Her energy starts to come down your arms and then up to your neck,

Your head.

As you feel her energy intertwine with your own energy,

She asks you,

What do you want to release right now?

What do you want to release right now?

Take a nice big inhale through your nose,

Open mouth exhale.

Listening to your heart's desire of what you want to release and let go,

Imagining your stress or worries or anxieties,

Whatever it may be,

Floating down,

Down through your roots,

Down to the center of Mother Earth's core.

As you release your stress,

Your anxiety,

Or worry,

Those areas that you have let go are filled up with Mother Earth's love.

So much love is flowing through your entire being right now.

Seeing a safe cocoon around your being,

Supporting you,

Protecting you in this space here together.

Only the good can enter in and anything that you feel right now,

The good,

The love,

The peace,

The calm will always be here.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Release.

Breathe in,

Ground,

Peace,

Calm,

Breathe out,

Release,

Comfort.

If it feels good to you,

You can place your hands on your heart,

Connecting to your breath,

Connecting to the roots you have grown,

Imagining with every breath you take,

You release even more down to Mother Earth's core.

Your roots are strong,

Helping you to feel grounded and at peace here.

What are you feeling right now?

On your next breath,

Imagine the most beautiful light from the heavens above coming down,

Down towards you now.

As it comes down to you,

It starts to circulate your head,

Down your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Your torso,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Down to your feet,

Circulating with Mother Earth's energy and your energy,

Helping you to even feel more at peace,

More grounded,

More rooted.

Breathe in,

Peace,

Calm,

Grounded,

Breathe out,

Release.

Your roots are so strong.

Your roots are always with you,

Remembering your breath here is always with you right now,

Never leaving you,

Ever so with you,

Helping you to feel grounded,

Helping you to feel true and strong and at peace.

Breathe in and out.

If it feels good to you,

You can stay here,

Continuing to breathe,

Continuing to soak in all of the wonderful energy around you,

Continuing to imagine your roots growing.

Just remember your roots are always with you,

Helping you to ground,

Helping you to let go,

Helping you to feel at peace.

If you'd like to wake up now,

Start to wiggle your toes,

Your fingertips,

Creating gentle movements in your body,

Lifting your arms up and over,

Giving yourself a nice big stretch,

Drawing your hands to your heart space.

Give gratitude for yourself for being here,

Gratitude for the space that you've created,

Gratitude for your energy,

Mother Earth's energy and the energies from the heavens above.
