Welcome,

This is your host,

Marianne Pack,

Spiritual medium,

Author,

And joyologist.

This reading is entitled,

What Does It Mean to Be in Appreciation?

Appreciation is a state of being that you align with.

To come into this state of being,

Your thoughts must be pure,

Positive energy with no resistance.

No doubt,

Fear,

Worry,

Guilt,

Shame,

Or conditions.

You appreciate something with no reason behind it.

You simply appreciate.

It is the frequency of abundance,

Love,

And source itself.

So when we are in a state of appreciation,

We are aligned with the source of all well-being and abundance.

The result is that the universe must match our vibration of appreciation with more events and circumstances that bring us more to appreciate.

Don't confuse appreciation with gratitude,

For gratitude carries an element of resistance.

We are grateful because something happened that was better than what could have happened.

We are grateful for something we overcame,

Or we are grateful for a gift.

So there is a condition that we are observing that we are grateful for.

No resistance or condition affects appreciation.

You appreciate just because.

It's actually your inner being calling you into alignment,

To your wholeness.

So appreciation is who we really are at the core of our being and our soul level.

We are,

At our core,

Eternally appreciative.

Let's align with our inner beings of appreciation.

Let's live as appreciation embodied.

That is in alignment with the source of all love and joy.

Look for things to appreciate every day.

Let's raise the vibration of the planet and even the all that is.

By looking for things,

Events,

And people that we appreciate,

We are training our brains to continue looking for more things to appreciate.

And as long as we remain in a state of appreciation,

The universe,

By law,

Provides us with experiences that match our vibrational output.

What we put out,

We receive.

It's the law of the universe to expand and create more of whatever is the vibrational message we are sending out.

Appreciation is the key to affecting the world for good.

The improvements we desire will only come when we align with who we are as beings of appreciation.

Thank you for this insight and explaining the difference between appreciation and gratitude. I was unaware of this and thought they were synonymous, so I will definitely now be more mindful. I will be paying more attention for things to appreciate. 🙏
