Your Shadow is the second part of "The Journey of Becoming", a series of philosophical poetry films about self-realization. The purpose behind this film is to encourage an honest encounter with the self.

Excruciating at first, it demands that we remove our social mask, loosen the confounds of our ego and its corresponding identity and confront our many demons in the name of conscious expansion and self-integration.
