Reiki is a universal life force energy said to give promote healing within the body and environment. This guided Reiki session provides the listener a guided visualisation through a standard Reiki session meant to clear blocks and rebalance the chakras. This session is conducted by a certified Reiki Practitioner.

Welcome to this guided meditation practice for Distant Reiki Healing.

This meditation is a tool you can use whenever you are in need of healing.

Whether you are experiencing stress,

Emotional pain,

Or going through a difficult time in your life,

This session can be beneficial for you.

Let's begin by finding a nice comfortable position.

With your legs crossed and your spine extended.

Your chin slightly pulled towards the ground.

Arms placed gently on your knees or your lap.

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

And when you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Bring full attention to this very moment.

Preparing your body and mind to find stillness within.

Within openness,

Patience,

And curiosity.

One day at a time.

And now bring your awareness to the breath.

Seeing the rise and fall of the breath.

Observing the way it flows in and out through the body.

And as you gently become aware,

Take a deep breath in.

Letting the air flow in through your mouth.

Expanding your lungs.

And then letting it back out into your surroundings.

Releasing it fully.

There is no right or wrong way.

Exhaling deeply.

And exhaling deeply.

Softly inhale through your nose.

Noticing the sensations of the air flowing in.

Pulling the navel point towards the spine.

And pause for a brief moment.

And then exhale back out through the nose.

Emptying your lungs.

And by following this deep breathing,

You are combating fatigue.

Stress.

You are slowing down your nervous system.

Allowing your body to relax.

You are dissolving any excess emotionality.

Recharging.

Rejuvenating.

And again,

Breathe in.

Pause.

And breathe out.

Letting the inhale.

Noticing the pause in between the breath.

How it seems to have a life of its own.

Letting everything just go.

With a gentle ease.

Soft movement.

Allowing your muscles to fall deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

And at times,

You may notice wandering.

Thoughts arising.

And that's okay.

This is the simple nature of the mind.

Don't try to fight them or judge them in any way.

Just notice that your thoughts have strayed.

And gently return your attention back to the breath.

Each time we notice the mind wandering,

We are strengthening our ability to recognize this particular experience without any judgment or frustration.

Gently return to the breath.

As you begin to settle,

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Don't try to force it or regulate it in any way.

Just allow it to flow easily and naturally.

Visualize yourself present in a very calm and tranquil healing room.

It feels open to spirit.

I am energetically standing there to greet you and give you a warm welcome.

Lay down on the healing table that is located in the middle of this sacred room.

As you lie on this table,

Visualize yourself closing your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths and set your intention for the meditation.

Whatever happens,

The healing energy will be there for your highest and best good.

I am standing at the head of a table saying the opening prayer for you now.

Feel the divine energy becoming one with yours.

Visualize my hands being placed on your head over your crown chakra.

The reiki energy is now beginning to flow through you.

Give your body permission to relax and melt into the table.

My hands gently move to the forehead and the temples.

Standing on your third eye chakra,

Feel this beautiful radiant energy move through my hands and into your entire being,

Circulating wherever it is needed to go.

I softly move my hands to the back of your neck and your throat chakra.

You feel very secure and safe,

Letting go even further.

Allow your walls and defenses to come down,

Receiving even more of this positive,

Magnificent energy.

You are aware of this energy flowing through you.

With great tenderness,

I move my hands towards the heart center.

The reiki energy floods into your heart chakra.

Feel an overpowering of love entering your heart chambers here.

All your stresses and burdens are released.

As I move to the solar plexus chakra,

Located towards your upper torso,

Take a few deep breaths and allow all the healing to go within you.

This reiki energy intensified even more in this moment,

Presenting itself with great power.

Accept all that is flowing through you.

Relax and receive.

Your only job is to let go and allow the reiki energy to unfold.

My hands move towards your sacral chakra near your belly.

I invite you to allow for this great harmonious energy to unfold and hold you and care for you.

Feel it within you and around you.

Surrender as it helps you resolve any challenges and release your blocks with ease.

We have now arrived at your root chakra at the base of your spine.

This reiki energy has now taken a life of its own.

Your energetic sensitivity is heightened.

As your body becomes filled with this energy,

All your organs are bathed in reiki.

This energy begins to radiate out from the physical body.

You are witnessing,

Observing,

And watching this healing energy begin to glow.

Feel the gratitude in your heart as all your hardships are released.

You are filled with magnificent spiritual energy that extends out beyond all the other levels of your being.

The power of reiki is giving you the healing and the completion that you have been longing for.

Release this moment,

Taking a few last deep breaths,

Knowing that this room is always available.

At any time,

As this practice draws to an end,

Slowly begin to return to the body.

Feel the space you are in.

Feel the atmosphere that surrounds you.

Congratulate yourself for having taken this time to be with the body,

Mind,

And spirit,

To heal parts of you that have been holding you back.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
