This helped reaffirm my path towards the PhD I am hoping to complete next year. What lights me up is discovery, creating something that has never existed before (that I know of) and then sharing that with the world, whether it's contributing to the academic literature or using my creativity in poetry, writing, and photography to capture my life orientation of "practical whimsy," if it's something I can bring anew into the world, my heart soars and I know I am doing what I am meant to be doing.

I'm facing writer's block on part if my dissertation at the moment and took a meditation break to clear my head before returning to it. I'm so grateful I came across this talk right now; the Universe is a wonderful guide. I feel reinvigorated and ready to resume my work for today.
