We activate the Sacral Chakra (Svadisdhana Chakra) by relating it to the archetypal Cauldron of Plenty of Myth and Legend. We go on a journey of the seven metals of Alchemy as we cleanse and stir our cauldron and raise its frequency to higher vibrational states of metal. In doing so, we will relate our Sacral Chakra to each and every one of our seven Chakras to liberate new ideas about how we can use the creative wisdom of our Sacral Chakra in all areas of our life. Riverside recording to align with the river of life.

Hi,

Welcome to this very special meditation with me Mark Keane on the Cauldron of Plenty in which we will be activating our sacral chakra known in India as Svadhisthana and we will be going through the seven alchemical metals as a way of cleansing our sacral chakra,

Stirring the Cauldron of Plenty and in doing so working in relation with all of our seven chakras and activating our deep inner creativity and the potential that lies within our sacral chakra.

I'm sitting here by my local river in the light summer rain,

Helping me of course to connect to the element of water which corresponds to the sacral chakra.

As always I invite you to sit down or lie down,

It's up to you but the main thing is that you stay awake.

So it's recommended that you sit down on the floor,

Preferably on the earth with a nice straight spine.

It's fine of course to sit on a chair and when you feel ready feel free to close your eyes gently.

So now we'll begin by bringing your attention to the breath,

Breathing in,

Feeling right down to the sitting bones,

Connecting you down into the earth and as you exhale begin to let go of any tension in that area,

Allowing you to surrender to gravity,

Allowing you to drop in to your body and drop down deep into your connection with Mother Earth.

Each time we inhale we feel deeply into the body,

Especially into the spine as well.

Each time we exhale we're letting go of tension,

Letting go of activity in the mind,

Letting go of all of the events that have preceded this one.

So breath by breath,

Moment by moment you can begin to really bring your attention into this meditation and into the present moment where your attention belongs.

Welcome.

Maybe now we just breathe in and feel our way from the base of the spine all the way up through the vertebra,

All the way to the very top of the head to the crown and exhale our attention all the way back down again.

We'll do this a couple more times as you inhale,

Feel your way all the way up through the spine,

Feeling your way into all of the chakras and then exhaling once you get to the top all the way back down.

Inhaling,

Really clearing out that psychic spiritual cord now within the spinal cord that we call the sushamana in yoga.

Exhaling.

Okay,

So we're ready to begin bringing our attention to the chakras.

First of all just paying attention to the base,

At the base of the spine,

Rooting us into the earth through the base of the spine,

Through the legs,

Through the feet and through the physical body in every cell.

Bringing in that sense of rootedness,

Groundedness,

That sense of really belonging here,

Not only in your body but right here on this earth,

Right now at this very special time of the individual and collective awakening.

And now we can just begin to feel into our sacrum,

That sacred bone in the sacral,

Feeling our way into where all the bones are fused together,

All the way into the lumbar vertebra.

Bringing our attention now of course to our sacral chakra,

To svadhisthana.

Maybe you can begin to make very small micro rotations anti-clockwise around that tailbone and that lower spine region.

Opening ourselves up into our sacral,

Into our pelvis,

Into our pelvic bowl which we are calling the cauldron today.

It's all about bringing your attention into the pelvic bone,

Into the pelvis itself,

Into the whole of the hips,

Whole of the lower spine,

Into the sex organs.

That whole region corresponds to your sacral chakra,

The gateway into unleashing your creativity,

Your creative potential.

Whatever that means to you and your life,

Your creative potential has the ability to expand right here,

Right now in this meditation.

So as we're feeling into the pelvic bowl,

The cauldron,

You can visualize that as a cauldron made of lead.

And as we are very gently making these micro rotations,

It's as if we're stirring this cauldron,

This cauldron of plenty,

This ancient archetypal,

Timeless,

Magical cauldron of myth and legend.

And we're imagining it's made of lead.

This is the beginning of our alchemical journey of cleansing our cauldron.

Feeling into what ideas,

What potential,

What creative impulses emerge as you reach right down into your base chakra,

Deep into the alchemical operation of lead.

Is it possible that you can ground yourself even more into your body,

Into the earth,

Give you a sense of more rootedness,

More belonging?

What ideas are emerging as you relate this cauldron to your base chakra about how you can bring in the base chakra more into your life,

Feel more rooted,

More grounded,

More connected to your physical body,

More connected to the earth,

A sense of more belonging,

More trust into the flow of life.

And from there,

We'll come into the cauldron again and give it another stir with our attention,

With our visualization,

And even with micro rotations as well,

Physically perhaps.

As we come into the metal of tin,

We're cleansing each time we stir this cauldron,

We're giving it a higher vibration,

Moving from lead to tin,

Moving from the base chakra to the sacral chakra.

Now,

How can you unleash more potential,

More creativity?

How can you feel more into the body?

This giving you this sensuous,

Sensual experience,

Feel it all around,

Feel the air on your skin,

The breath entering the body,

Feel every cell coming alive,

Deep into the sex organs,

Bring your attention and just allow ideas of how can you be more creative in your life?

What can you do in your life that means to be more creative?

Maybe it's to write a poem,

Maybe it's to sing a song,

Maybe it's to write a book,

Whatever it is,

Maybe you want to take up a musical instrument to paint,

Just allow the ideas to bubble up like a spring from this cauldron,

Emerging from the timeless,

Limitless pool of creation itself,

As of course the kundalini energy does,

Your life force does come up from the earth,

It does bubble up from the base and it does move into your pelvic bowl,

Your cauldron made of tin.

Just allow these ideas to keep bubbling up,

Just keep springing up into attention,

Arising and allowing you to gently embrace everything that arises,

Every thought,

Every impulse,

Every idea,

Every feeling,

Every sensation,

Embrace it all with your loving awareness.

Very good,

Now we're going to stir that cauldron again one more time,

Anti-clockwise,

Very intentionally now as if we've got a magical staff and then we're going to feel up into our solar plexus,

Up into our mani pura,

Up into the place of purpose,

Direction,

The place where we align ourselves with what we are here to do,

Our purpose,

Our destiny,

Where we direct our will.

So we're moving into our iron cauldron now as we stir and cleanse it to the higher vibration of iron,

Brings us in with the planet Mars,

That sense of the spiritual warrior.

Good.

How can you bring more purpose to your life,

More commitment,

More direction,

More discipline?

Maybe it means you do this one thing every day,

Maybe it means you get up earlier,

Maybe it means you have a mini intermittent fast every week.

What is the one single thing that you do every day?

Change that you can make in your life from now that would have the greatest effect on bringing you closer to your purpose,

Your destiny.

Allow this idea to bubble up from the iron cauldron of plenty.

Really good.

Keep embracing everything that arises,

All these impulses,

Everything is part of your experience,

Part of the meditation.

Everything counts,

Everything is relevant.

Nice.

Now we're going to bring our attention even higher,

Raise our vibration,

Raise our frequency to the heart chakra as we stir our cauldron and allow that cauldron to transmute into copper.

Very beautiful.

Bringing us into the energy of love,

Allowing yourself to fall deeply in love with your body,

With your mind,

With your emotional state,

With your soul,

With your spirit.

And from that place of really loving yourself,

Sending the love out to your loved ones,

Your friends,

Your partner,

If you have one,

Your family,

Your prospective partner,

If you want to bring one in and all the way out to the people in the world,

Even to your enemies.

How can you be more loving,

Feeling down into the sacrum,

Into the svadhisthana and from that place allowing these ideas to bubble up,

To spring up,

To emerge,

How you can be more loving to yourself and to others in your life.

It's a beautiful thing,

The secret language of love that operates behind the creation of our universe.

Okay,

Let's raise the frequency,

Breathing up into our throat chakra,

Breathing up from anahata to visuddha,

Coming into the element of mercury as we stir our cauldron,

We transmute our cauldron into the metal mercury,

The mercurial energy of transformation,

Bringing us into communication.

How can we express ourselves more as we feel into the sacral,

Breathe up into the throat and allow ideas of how we can be more expressive,

Communicate more with those we need to communicate,

Say what we need to say,

Do what we need to do.

How can we put ourselves out there,

More How can we put ourselves out there,

More into the world to bring our gifts forward?

What conversations do we need to have with people that we have been holding back on?

Communication is the key to raising our frequency and first we must learn to listen.

So let us listen to see what arises right now as we bring this connection between the sacral the svadhisthana and our throats,

The mercurial cauldron.

Really nice,

We're getting there,

Let's raise the frequency all the way up to the third eye,

All the way up to ajna chakra as we turn our cauldron and stir it to transmute it into the high frequency metal of silver,

Bringing us into alignment with the moon.

Beautiful.

Allowing us to see what we need to see,

See through the veil,

See through the veil,

See through the veil of what we are now ready to see beyond our illusions,

Beyond our doubts,

Beyond our insecurities.

Start to activate your imagination,

Seeing things more vividly,

Bringing the light into your mind's eye and allowing the colours to become more brighter.

Beautiful.

Beginning to see far and wide into the cauldron as you relate your sacral to the third eye,

Allowing more ideas about how you can bring more intuition into your life and can begin to trust your inner guidance.

Beautiful.

And finally,

Let us raise the frequency,

Breathing our attention all the way up to the top of our head,

To our fontanelle,

To our crown,

Known of course as sahasvara chakra,

The 1000 petalled lotus,

As we finally transmute our cauldron to gold,

Completing our journey,

Completing the magnum opus,

The great work of the alchemists of old,

The secret fire of the kundalini finds its way from the base to the crown.

As we move the energy all the way from lead to gold and connect to the source,

The high frequency of source consciousness is upon us as the shakti power moves all the way out into the divine realm and we allow ideas of how we can bring more devotion into our life.

How can we bring the elements of the sacred into our day-to-day living?

How can we bring the energy of the divine in alignment with our life?

Breathe the energy all the way from the base to the crown,

All the way out to complete the torus of our aura,

Our electromagnetic field,

Raising our vibration.

We are now observing the golden cauldron in our sacral,

Beautiful.

We have completed the journey of our cauldron of plenty,

Moving from lead to gold,

Relating our sacral chakra to all of our seven chakras.

You have been initiated into the mysteries of the alchemists and the yogis,

Where the east meets the west.

Congratulations!

Just allow yourself to feel the expansiveness from your golden cauldron in your sacrum,

All the way out to the golden high frequency aura all around you,

Feeling safe,

Protected,

Protected,

Contained and very content.

Just allow yourself to sit here for a while,

Taking some really nice,

Beautiful,

Deep breaths,

Feeling into all of the chakras.

Congratulations!

And we're just going to count from five to one as we begin to bring our attention back.

Five,

Beginning to feel a little bit more alive as we arrive,

Ready to come back.

Two,

Four,

Through the door that is opening back to the apparent reality.

Just got to believe as three,

We get closer.

Two,

You know what to do to begin to open the eyes.

One,

It's now ready to come back.

Take a nice deep breath in,

Exhales,

Give it a stretch.

Very good!

This has been a beautiful journey.

I've enjoyed it very much.

This has been Mark Keane.

See you next time.

This meditation is now complete.

Thank you!
