Welcome to this 10 minute guided no agenda meditation.
This meditation we will have no to-do lists,
No agendas,
No worries.
Find a comfortable position,
You may lay down,
Sit on a chair with your feet touching the ground,
Or on a cushion on the floor.
With a straight back in a relaxed comfortable position,
Get alert.
Rest your hands loosely on your lap or knees,
You may choose to close your eyes or keep them open if that works for you.
Now let's get started.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath,
And as we inhale we stretch our chest,
Our stomach.
As we exhale we relax and settle in our position.
Inhale we fill our chest,
Stretching our spine,
Exhale we relax and settle in.
In this meditation we will just focus on our breath,
Nothing else,
No agenda.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
This time our breath is our home base.
If your mind wanders,
Come back to your breath.
One,
Breath in,
Two,
Breath out.
I will let you do this for a few minutes.
