Welcome back.
I'm so glad you're here for part two.
And this time we'll be focusing on inviting in money,
Wealth and abundance,
Whichever resonates most with you.
In our last meditation,
You did the honest work of looking at your money blocks,
The fears and old stories that you've been carrying in the body,
And you practice letting some of them go.
Today we get to do the part that feels good.
We're going to practice inviting money in and we're going to do it by feeling the good emotions that surround money right now in your body as if they're already here.
Here's the principle behind this practice.
Energy moves toward what feels familiar.
So if your nervous system has only ever known stress,
Scarcity,
Or bracing around money,
That's the frequency it knows how to call back in.
Today,
We're going to give your body a new memory.
We're going to let it feel expansive,
Light,
And at ease ahead of time.
So that ease becomes familiar,
And over time,
It becomes your new baseline.
This isn't about pretending or forcing positivity.
It's about practice.
The body learns through repetition,
And feeling is the fastest way it learns.
Find a comfortable position,
Seated or laying down.
Let your eyes close or soften your gaze down toward the floor.
Let's begin with the breath.
Take a breath in through your nose.
And let it out,
Slow through the mouth.
One more cleansing deep breath in through the nose.
Out through the mouth,
Letting your shoulders soften a little more each time you exhale.
Now let your breath settle into its own natural rhythm,
Nothing to control.
Just notice it moving on its own through the body.
Maybe for a moment,
You bring your awareness to the parts of the body that move,
Rise and fall with your breath,
The inhales and the exhales.
Feel where you're supported right now.
The chair,
The floor,
The couch,
The support beneath the body.
Let it hold you fully.
I want you to bring to mind the version of you who already has an easy,
Expansive relationship with money.
That person exists,
And it's not someone you have to become from scratch.
That version of you is simply more relaxed,
More trusting,
More open to receiving.
Imagine that version of you now,
Just for a moment.
How do they sit?
How do they breathe?
What does their facial expression look like?
What is their posture like?
How do they react when someone offers an opportunity?
Notice that this version of you isn't reckless,
Anxious,
Or greedy.
This person is settled.
Money moves through his or her life the way breath moves through the body,
Naturally and without a fight.
We're going to spend the next several minutes feeling what this version of you feels right now in your body as if it's already true.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Let's imagine money is already on its way to you.
Bring to mind an amount that feels good and also believable.
Not a number so large it feels vague.
Just a number that makes you feel something real when you imagine receiving it.
Maybe it's a client saying yes.
Maybe it's a deposit landing in your account.
Maybe it's an unexpected gift,
Or a sale,
An investment.
Let your mind choose whatever image feels most alive to you.
Now,
As you take a breath in fully,
And out completely.
Imagine the moment that money arrives.
You see the notification.
You see the number.
You're looking at your screen.
And fully taking it in.
Let yourself actually feel that moment right now in your body.
Notice what happens in your chest.
Does it open?
Does it feel lighter?
Notice your shoulders.
They drop just slightly.
The way they do when something you've been waiting for finally happens.
Notice your posture.
You may be leaning slightly more in.
Let a smile come up if it wants to.
Let your breath get a little fuller,
A little easier.
This feeling,
This lightness,
The warmth.
This experience of receiving.
You're not waiting for the money to feel this.
You're feeling it first.
Now as you take a breath in and out,
Let's make this feeling bigger.
Imagine that good feeling in your chest starting to spread.
First,
Down through the arms.
And down through your hands.
Notice if there's a tingling or a warmth or simply a sense of looseness where you used to feel tightness.
Allow this feeling to spread down through your torso,
Your stomach,
Your hips.
Notice your pelvic floor,
Your roots Notice if there's any sensation here of pulling in and up.
And if that's there,
See if with a big exhale,
You can loosen the muscles here at the base of your seat.
Relaxing into your breath,
Moment by moment.
And into this area in the body.
As you do.
Creating a new story.
A new pattern of what it feels like to receive.
The flow of money is not a burden you have to carry.
It's something you get to hold easily,
The way you'd hold something you've earned,
And that you trust yourself to keep.
Let the feeling continue down through your legs all the way to your feet.
Notice if you feel more grounded,
More solid.
Like you're resting on something steady.
This is what receiving feels like in the body.
Open chest.
Loose,
Soft shoulders.
Steady feet.
Let yourself memorize this.
Let your nervous system take note.
Feeling this way is safe.
This feels good.
This is allowed.
Notice that nothing had to happen in your external environment in order for you to invite this feeling in now.
This is available to you any moment of the day.
Let yourself linger here for a few more breaths,
Breathing deeply and fully,
Like you know that what you deserve is on its way to you now.
As it flows into your life,
You are open,
You are receptive.
You are trusting.
This is a feeling that you're able to hold.
Taking a big full breath in,
As you exhale out.
From this quiet,
Expanded place,
Let's say a thank you.
Thank you for the money that's already on its way.
Thank you for the money that's already here.
All the opportunities that you've materialized in the past.
And a thank you to the opportunities that are lining up.
The ones you can't see yet.
Of course,
A thank you to yourself for doing the work to feel ready to receive them.
You don't have to know exactly how the money and the opportunities are coming.
You don't have to control the timing or the source.
Your only job right now is to feel this open,
Steady,
This good,
And let these feelings lead the way.
Knowing that money is drawn to ease,
Not desperation.
So let yourself be easy.
Let yourself be the version of you who already knows it's coming.
Take one more full breath in.
Bringing back that posture,
That openness,
That expansion.
As you exhale,
Let this feeling settle in your body so it's still here with you after this meditation ends.
You are someone who receives well.
You are someone money moves toward,
Not because you chase it,
But because you've made room for it.
When you're ready,
Take a bigger breath than the rest.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Maybe take a big full body stretch,
Really taking up space in your body,
In your posture.
And on your own time,
Light your eyes open,
Bringing that openness,
That excitement,
Expansion and trust out of the meditation and into the rest of your day.
