Hello and welcome.
The intention of this guided meditation is to reunite you with a sense of self-worth in order to remember that you deserve all of the amazing things in life,
That you're worthy of love,
Support,
And anything else that you desire.
Self-worth is your innate confidence in your own abilities.
Self-worth is how much you value yourself regardless of what others say or feel.
As you arrive into your space in this meditation,
Notice what feelings are coming up.
How do you feel about self-worth and what comes up for you as we begin to explore this concept?
My guess is you were called to this practice because you'd like to deepen or reinforce your self-worth.
My invitation is to let this meditation be a journey back home to yourself.
For the duration of this practice,
Prioritize yourself.
Allow your form to be soft.
Find ease across the muscles in your face and jaw.
Notice your breath.
Allow it to be spacious and gentle.
Notice what impact your day may have had on your current state.
Start to breathe in the way that feels most expansive for you right now,
Inviting more and more spaciousness into your form with every breath in.
Invite in the possibility of enjoying every breath you take.
If the mind wanders,
Simply notice and then return to the next breath in,
Reminding yourself,
I am inviting spaciousness.
Begin to explore what self-worth means to you.
How do you define it?
What does it look like?
The answers to these questions will vary for every person.
So without judgment,
Think about the first things that come up for you when you ask yourself the question,
What does self-worth look like,
Tangibly,
In my life?
If you had to define self-worth without using the word,
How would you describe it?
If you've been working hard on building your sense of self-love,
I'll invite you to consider that the foundation of self-love is first working on self-trust and self-worth.
We cannot love ourselves with the depth that we deserve if we don't feel worthy of receiving that love.
For a moment,
I want you to consider that self-worth is not something you need to earn.
It's something you arrive into this world having.
But over time,
Through events,
Conversations,
What we see and overhear,
Our innate self-worth begins to chip away.
This practice,
And every time you choose to return to it,
Is a process of rebuilding back to that innate sense that has been present with you since you came into this world.
You were worthy upon arrival.
Continuing to breathe deep,
Repeat the following statements to yourself in your mind.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of peace.
I'm worthy of support.
I'm worthy of abundance.
I'm worthy.
Now fill in your own word of what you're opening yourself up to the possibility of receiving.
I'm worthy of.
I'm worthy of.
What else comes to mind?
Is there anything else you are holding yourself back from?
Go ahead and make that declaration now.
What can really make a difference for you?
I am worthy of.
I am worthy of.
Breathing deep.
Now I want you to repeat these out loud after me.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of peace.
I am worthy of support.
I am worthy of abundance.
Now your own words out loud.
I am worthy of.
I am worthy of.
Completing that statement for yourself.
I am worthy of.
Notice if there's any part of you that feels disbelief when you hear these statements.
Take a deep breath and send a loving gentle breath to that part of you.
It might be a place in your body or a corner of your heart or mind.
Allow the deep breath to cleanse that space.
Use the next exhale to feel and see that thought of disbelief,
Of unworthiness leaving the body.
You're doing amazing.
If you haven't felt called to do this already,
Go ahead and place your palms on the part of the body where you feel your worthiness growing and expanding.
You can envision it in your mind's eye as a flame that's becoming bigger or any other visual that resonates with you.
Feeling your sense of worthiness grow and expand with every deep breath in.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of peace.
I am worthy of support.
I am worthy of abundance.
Take a deep,
Cleansing breath and repeat the things that you know you are worthy of in this moment.
Please know that there's any emotion that's on the surface here.
It's okay and it's welcome.
My last invitation is to allow yourself to linger on being worthy of all of this and more all at once by simply saying,
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
Repeating it out loud after me.
I am worthy.
Take a deep breath.
Use the exhale.
Softening your form.
Breathing deep.
Being gentle with yourself.
I am worthy.
Noticing what came up for you.
What did you learn from this practice?
What do you want to remember?
When we close this meditation for now,
Take a moment to jot down your thoughts and your feelings.
Feel free to come back to this meditation as many times as you feel called.
It's here for you to be a constant reminder of the truth that you are worthy of all the amazing things in life that you've been dreaming of exactly as you are right now.
Worthy upon arrival.
Nothing else is required.
Giving yourself a couple more rounds of deep cleansing breath.
When you're ready,
Gently
