Before the house wakes up,
Before the footsteps,
The voices,
The needs,
The rhythm of the day begins,
There is this small quiet space.
And just for a moment it belongs only to you.
Let yourself settle here comfortably.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Rest your hands loosely,
Palms open in a quiet posture of readiness and receiving.
Take one slow breath in and exhale fully.
Again,
Breathe in slowly and steadily through the nose.
And let the breath leave your body with ease.
Notice the stillness around you,
The early light however faint,
The feeling that the day has not fully arrived yet.
This moment asks nothing of you except presence.
Join me in some morning affirmations either out loud or silently in your head.
I am capable of meeting this day.
I trust the strength I carry within me.
I can move through today with clarity and calm.
Take another slow breath in and let the exhale loosen any pressure to already have everything figured out.
And repeat after me,
What is mine to do today I will do well.
I do not need perfection to move forward.
Confidence can grow one moment at a time.
I welcome this day with steadiness.
I carry calm into what comes next.
There is enough within me for today.
Take one final slow breath in through the nose.
And as you exhale,
Let yourself rise into the day with quiet confidence,
Grounded presence,
And trust in your own capabilities.
