Get yourself comfortable.
And let's take in a big,
Deep breath through the nose.
And sigh it out.
Again a deep breath through the nose.
And a big sigh.
Now listen to your body,
If there's any moving or stretching you need to do to release the energy from last night,
From the day yesterday you're still carrying.
Perhaps lift your arms above your head and reach to the sky.
Perhaps rolling your head in a circle,
Lifting your shoulders up to your ears,
Back and down.
And let's begin this day with some positive affirmations.
So repeat either aloud or silently in your head.
I can move into this day with ease and gentleness.
I do not need to rush to be productive.
I can move slow and steady through my to-do list.
I am rooted in my self-confidence.
I am grounded in presence.
Nothing I do today will change my worth.
I am strong.
I am confident.
I am intuitive.
I am capable.
And as we finish today,
Let's take one more deep breath in together.
And side out with ease.
