Our breath is a magnet of Nowness.
This is a guided breathing exercise that is designed to connect you closer to the essence of what you really are,
Which is gathered in the electromagnetic field of your heart area.
So find a comfortable seat,
Lay down,
Sit down,
Do whatever feels right for you in this moment.
And then we're going to start breathing and connecting to our breath.
First just let it in easily,
Let it out and feel how it connects you with the air around you.
You're breathing it in,
Letting it out.
And then we're going to take some Wim Hof breaths.
That means we're going to inhale deeply through our nose,
In our stomach and then the chest and then we leave it out.
And after a while I'm going to ask you to hold your breath for a bit.
So try to really intensify your breath here because it's going to be easier for you to hold your breath when you have been breathing very intensely.
Okay,
Take it in through your nose into your stomach and chest.
And out.
In and out.
In and out.
In and out.
Find your rhythm here.
Feel your power.
Enjoy this intensified breathing.
Really feel the nowness here.
And we're going to do five more.
Give it all you got.
Last one.
And then on your exhale,
Hold your breath.
And now I would really like you to feel your heart area,
Feel your heart,
Feel it's beating.
Feel the connection that it has to your entire system,
Pumping the blood to every little corner of your body.
Try to feel your essence here.
Try to feel the life in you.
Feel the power of your body.
Feel the power of your heart.
Try to feel what you really are.
Because what you really are is so much bigger than anything in this material world.
Don't accept the hierarchy that this world is suggesting.
There's no one better or worse than anyone.
You are just as powerful as everyone else.
Let this sink for a bit.
You're almost done with the breath hold.
Take a deep breath in and hold.
And try to feel this endless love,
This power of your heart.
The place that holds the virtues of your heart,
Your compassion,
Your understanding,
Your forgiveness,
Your humility,
Your valor,
Your appreciation for what you are and for everything that is.
And breathe out.
Now we're gonna inhale and hold our breath for a bit for just as long as we've been breathing in.
And then we're gonna breathe out slowly.
And again hold our breath for about the same time that we've been breathing out.
And breathe in slowly.
Hold.
Compassion.
Breathe out slowly.
And hold.
Forgiveness.
And now I would like you to imagine an infinite source of energy coming from the center of our planet through you in a vertical line coming through your heart,
Coming through your pineal gland in the center of your brain and going up to the infinite space.
Breathe in.
Feel this energy.
Feel the vertical energy coming up through your system.
And when you breathe out I would like you to do the same in a horizontal line that goes through your heart,
Through your arms and goes around the entire planet.
Again breathe in vertical line connects you to the center of the earth to the infinity of space.
Valor.
And when you breathe out vertical line that goes through your heart.
Appreciation.
And all around the planet uniting humanity.
Compassion.
Okay when you breathe in.
Forgiveness.
Vertical line coming from the center of the earth.
Hold your breath.
Humidity.
Breathe out slowly through your heart.
Understanding.
Horizontal line and hold your breath.
Valor.
Again breathe in vertical line.
Appreciation.
And now I would like you to start saying when you breathe in with this vertical line I am compassion.
Because this is the connection of planet earth through you and the universe.
And then when you breathe out with your vertical line I would like you to say we are.
Forgiveness.
Because this connects you with the entire human race.
Because we are here to get together.
So again breathe in I am.
Humidity.
Connecting you to mother earth and space.
Holding the breath slowly breathing out we are.
Connect yourself to humanity.
Understanding.
Hold your breath.
Again breathe in I am.
Valor.
Hold your breath and then breathe out slowly we are.
Appreciation.
Do that for a while find your own rhythm here.
And really feel this connection of the I am.
Feel the connection here because you are connected to mother earth and to the infinity of space.
And you are connected with the we are.
To everyone in your human family.
Appreciation.
It's time to reunite.
It's time to unite humanity.
So with your breath work here.
Forgiveness.
You are strengthening the I am we are energy in the word.
Understanding.
So you are doing something really powerful here.
Maybe you can feel it.
Take as much time for this as it feels right for you today.
And come back to this breathing exercise.

Find the time for the virtues of your heart energy.
Appreciation.
And now slowly compassion.
Come to yourself breathing here.
