What are you looking for to fill up your spirit,
Bring balance to the mind and energy to the body?
This guided meditation will bring you to the awareness of looking at a concept called primary foods.

Let's focus for a moment on relationships.
There is science that has proven the benefits of a good relationship.
It improves the immune system,
Lifts levels of competence and self-worth,
Can decrease the risk of disease,
Reduce stress and anxiety.
It even has the benefit of a faster recovery from illness,
And it boosts the sense of belonging and purpose.
Where are you finding the need and the desire for more fulfillment with purpose?
Is it in your creativity,
Your finances,
Career,
Education,
Health,
Physical activity,
Home cooking,
Home environment,
Relationships,
Relationships,
Social life,
Joy,
Or spirituality?
When we take a gentle look at the physical,
The mental,
The emotional,
The social,
Spiritual,
Occupational,
Environmental,
And intellectual,
What are some things that come to mind that you feel would be a healthy action step to find the organic way of fulfillment,
The connection to that desire and purpose?
Take a moment and allow yourself to pick one of the areas as I guide you through tapping into the energy to feel the connection and to name the primary foods again,

Pick one that pops out to you.
And I invite you,
This is your meditation practice,
If you wish to journal,
To connect to the action,
The answer,
The connection,
Please take the time.
And if you wish to go into stillness to tap into the connection,
I invite you to take a deep inhale,
Gently exhale out of the mouth.
Do that two more times.
As you connect deep within,
Focus on how it will feel to be filled up with this connection.
Create the story in your mind,
In your heart,
And allow your spirit to open to guide you.
I'll bring you back.
For now,
Just relax and be and connect to your spirit.
Coming back to the here and now by the sound of my voice.
